Going back to there first statement this company is fully aware of this persons constant scamming, so they should have by now had this person arrested, but for some unknown reason they allow this individual to constantly use there product to take advantage of consumers they stated the money was gone from the cards that still has nothing to do with getting the police involved, either they want to put a stop to this constant scamming or not, this is what it all boils down to But I guess as long as it makes them money this company don't careWhat is the purpose of having a so call fraud department if they condone fruad and don't cooperate with Authorities For these reasons I believe this company should be held responsible for allowing this scammer to use there company for scams I also believe if they are held responsible at some level for this situation, they will not allow this to happen again
