RE: *** ***
Dear Ms***,
On June 24, 2015, "Reloadit"received a complaint from *** *** with respect to a Reloadit Pack
"Reloadit" is actually a brand name; not a companyBlackhawk Network California, Incis the issuer of the Reloadit Pack
On June 10, 2015, Ms*** purchased a Reloadit Pack and associated $to it at 3:pm (MT)That same day, the Pack was applied to a prepaid card at 5:pm (MT)It appears that Ms*** was the victim of some sort of fraudThis appears to be the case because both the Pack PIN, which is hidden under the "scratch off," and the amount associated with the Pack must be known in order for the Pack to be redeemedEither Ms*** provided the information to a fraudster, made it available to someone, or was the victim of a cloned websiteUnfortunately, we have discovered several such sites and continue to contact those sites' hosts to request that the sites be taken down; nevertheless, they keep popping up
When a customer is the victim of a cloned site, the customer visits a website that is similar in its address and layout to www.reloadit.com, but is not the actual www.reloadit.com websiteThe customer provides the Pack information on this cloned site without realizing that it is fraudulentBy doing this, the customer gives the fraudsters the information they need to transfer the money on the Reloadit Pack to a prepaid card they controlBy the time the customer realizes that the funds aren't on their prepaid card, the fraudsters have already transferred the funds
Ms*** realized there was an issue when she went to the actual website, www.reloadit.com, and received the "Invalid Pack" errorThis error was received because the Pack had already been redeemedUnfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund because the funds are unavailableWe are sorry that Ms*** appears to be the victim of a scamWe suggest that she file a police report regarding this matterIf Ms*** does pursue this matter with law enforcement, then we will assist them in their efforts to apprehend the perpetrators
Accordingly, we consider this matter to be closedPlease reach out to us with any further questions

Reloadit Pack. "Reloadit" is a actually a brand, not a company. Blackhawk Network California, Inc. is the issuer of the Reloadit Pack.
On May 23, 2015, Ms. [redacted] purchased a Reloadit Pack and associated $350 to it. Unfortunately, Ms. [redacted] had difficulty applying the Pack via the safe at www.reloadit.com. The safe is now a requirement for all Reloadit customers in an effort to safeguard our customers from fraud. One of the problems seems to be that Ms. [redacted]' card could not be loaded because she did not pass [redacted] registration process. Another issue was that Ms. [redacted]' mother's card was not registered until June 10, 2015. Reloadit Packs may not be applied to unregistered cards. Due to the difficulties that Ms. [redacted] experienced, she requested a refund for her Reloadit Pack.
We apologize for any inconvenience or delay that Ms. [redacted] has experienced. We have processed a refund for the full amount of her Reloadit Pack. The check was issued on August 3, 2015. Ms. [redacted] should receive the check within a week if she has not already done so.

[redacted],
I was contacted by Blackhawk Network and given 2 options, either a refund in the mail which could take 2 weeks to receive or have the money from the Reloadit Pack loaded onto my card by Blackhawk, which could take 48 hours. I emailed [redacted] back and said that I would like it reloaded onto my card so I could use it asap. Within an hour it was loaded onto my card and I got an email response from Mrs. [redacted] letting me know. I called the number on the bard to check my balance and sure enough it is on there. I am satisfied with the resolution.
Thank you so much for your help. Without the Revdex.com I'm sure I would have gotten the run around, thank you again!

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I purchased the card on June 27, 2015 and I was unable to load my money until July 6, 2015. That is unacceptable. Customer service said that they were unable to do anything for me. It is a bad business practice how they are processing payments and there is no recourse by the customer. They are using deceptive business practices and have lousy customer service. Even when everything is working correctly it still takes hours for somebody to be able to get the money off of the reloadit pack. They do not state that anywhere, the customer is unaware, the customer thinks they're going to be able to access their money immediately. Very deceptive, very unfair, very suspicious how they operate. I am not satisfied, I will never use them again, and I will warn anybody that is thinking about using them to never use them.

On September 8, 2015, Ms. [redacted] purchased a Reloadit Pack and associated $500 to it. Ms. [redacted] states that she experienced difficulties applying the Pack to her prepaid card. Dear Ms. [redacted],
On June 10, 2015, "Reloadit" received a complaint from [redacted] with respect to a block on his Meijer Visa...

Prepaid Card. "Reloadit" is actually a brand name; not a company. Blackhawk Network California, Inc., is the program manager for this card on behalf of the issuer, The Bancorp Bank.
Federal law requires us to obtain, verify and record information pertaining to a person's identity. This includes first name and last name, verifiable U.S. street address (no P.O. Boxes), date of birth, Social Security Number and other information that will allow us to reasonably identify a person. Federal law also requires us to make sure that a customer is not on various sanctions lists maintained by the government. These requirements help to prevent the card from being used for illegal purposes.
On June 7, 2015, Mr. [redacted] activated and registered a Meijer Visa Prepaid Card that he purchased at a Meijer store. At that time, we placed a block on the card, because his name matched a name on a government sanctions list. That same day, Mr. [redacted] contacted customer service to have the block removed. Our representative explained that the issue would be escalated to our Risk Department and someone would be in contact with him.
On June 9, 2015, after careful review, we were able to remove the block on Mr. [redacted]'s account. Mr. [redacted] has since used his card to make purchases and pay bills without any further issues.
Accordingly, we consider this matter to be closed. Please reach out to us with any further questions.

RE: [redacted]
Dear Ms. [redacted],
On July 2, 2015, "Reloadit" received a complaint from [redacted] with respect to a Reloadit Pack. "Reloadit" is...

actually a brand name; not a company. Blackhawk Network California, Inc. is the issuer of the Reloadit Pack.
On June 26, 2015, Mr. [redacted] purchased a Reloadit Pack at 6:28 pm (CT) at a supermarket in [redacted]
Unfortunately, Mr. [redacted] appears to have been the victim of a cloned site. He certainly did not go to www.reloadit.com; instead, he went to a site that looked like www.reloadit.com but was not (we have discovered several such sites and continue to contact those sites' hosts to request that the sites be taken down; nevertheless, they keep popping up). We are positive this is the case, because the actual Reloadit site requires every customer to create a safe using their email address. Mr. [redacted] has created two safes on our website, but this Reloadit Pack was never added to either one. Instead, the Pack was added to someone else's safe (one established by a fraudster) and the funds were loaded to a prepaid card that they controlled. In order for someone to add a Pack to their safe and apply the funds, they need to know the Pack PIN, which is hidden under the "scratch off", and the exact amount associated with the Pack. When Mr. [redacted] entered this information on the cloned site, he gave the fraudsters the information they needed to steal his funds.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund to Mr. [redacted] because he gave the Pack number to a criminal. We suggest that he file a police report regarding this matter. If Mr. [redacted] does pursue this matter with law enforcement, then we will assist them in their efforts to apprehend the perpetrators.
We consider this matter closed. Please, reach out to us with any further questions.

Complaint Case: XXXXXXXX
RE: [redacted]
Dear Ms. [redacted],
On July 2, 2015, "Reloadit" received a complaint from [redacted] with respect to a Reloadit Pack. "Reloadit" is...

a brand name; not a company. Blackhawk Network California, Inc. is the issuer of the Reloadit Pack.
On July 1, 2015, Ms. [redacted] purchased a Reloadit Pack and associated $100 with it. Unfortunately, Ms. [redacted] had difficulty accessing the safe at www.reloadit.com. The safe is now a requirement for all Reloadit customers in an effort to safeguard our customers from fraud. Since the safe is the only way that a customer may apply funds from a Reloadit Pack to a prepaid card, Ms. [redacted] requested a refund for her Reloadit Pack.
We apologize for any inconvenience that Ms. [redacted] has experienced. We have processed a refund for the full amount of her Reloadit Pack. The check was issued on July 15, 2015. Ms. [redacted] should receive the check in 7-10 business days.
We consider this matter closed. Please, reach out to us with any further questions.
Best Regards,
[redacted]

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/07/26) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
This company has not only stolen my money but the fact of their absolute denial of accountability is ridiculous. I have record of over 15 calls to this company in regards to this matter, sometimes waiting as long as 4 hours to talk to someone . Only then to be given the runaround and be dismissed with a generic fallacy like they have done once again. It has been ALMOST 1 MONTH since these thieves have stolen my money and No CHECK has been issued, not one thing has been done . They are a fraudulent money scam that needs to be stopped immediately! My daughter needed medication at the the time of this incident and I didnt have enough on my account to cover what insurance wouldnt, so my friend loaned me the money and went thru this company and these people COMPLETELY STOLE the money and gave absolutely No RESOLUTION other than " Sorry we dont know what to tell you !" My daughter went without her medication and was hospitalized because of all of this . So in response to their "beauty pagent" answer as stated , an unequivocal emphatic NO ! They are thieves , they are lying about issuing a check and its unacceptable. Business practice .

RE: [redacted]
Dear Ms. [redacted],
On June 30, 2015, "Reloadit" received a complaint from [redacted] with respect to applying funds from his Reloadit...

Pack to his prepaid card via the Reloadit Safe on www.reloadit.com. "Reloadit" is actually a brand name, not a company. Blackhawk Network California, Inc. operates this website and issues the Reloadit Pack.
Mr. [redacted] states that she has experienced difficulties accessing his Reloadit Safe via www.reloadit.com. The safe allows our Reloadit customer to store multiple Packs for future loads and is now a requirement for all Reloadit customers in an effort to safeguard our customers from fraud. For security purposes, there is a waiting period from the time a Reloadit Pack is added to a safe until the customer may apply it to a prepaid card. There is also a card validation period for each new prepaid card that is added to the safe.
On June 27, 2015, Mr. [redacted] purchased a Reloadit Pack and associated $250 to it. On July 3, 2015, the funds were successfully applied to his prepaid card. We apologize for any inconvenience or delay that Mr. [redacted] may have experienced.
Since Mr. [redacted] was able to transfer the money from the Reloadit Pack to his prepaid card, we consider this matter to be closed. Please reach out to us with any further questions.
Best Regards,
