They confirmed that the Pack was successfully applied on September 20, 2016. That same day, we notified *** *** and informed her that her prepaid card’s balance reflected the $credit.

On April 18, 2017, Mr*** purchased a Reloadit Pack and associated $to it in the hopes of applying it to his prepaid card. Unfortunately, Mr*** was unable to create a safe online so he was unable to do soOn April 21, 2017, we were able to communicate with Mr*** and obtained his Pack and prepaid card information so that we could assist him. On January 3, 2017, *** *** purchased a Reloadit Pack and associated $to it, which she placed in her Reloadit Safe via ***. On January 4, 2017, *** *** purchased another Reloadit Pack and associated $to it, which was also added to her safe. The safe allows our Reloadit customer to store multiple Packs for future loads and is now a requirement for all Reloadit customers in an effort to safeguard our customers from fraud. For security purposes, there is a brief waiting period from the time a Reloadit Pack is added to a safe until the customer may apply it to a prepaid card. There is also a brief card validation period for each new prepaid card that is added to the safe.
We apologize that *** *** was unable to access her funds immediately due to our security features that are in place to protect our customers from fraud. After the brief Pack and card validation periods expired, *** *** was able to successfully load her prepaid card with each of the Packs. The initial validation period took longer because the prepaid card had to be validated, as well as, the Pack; however *** *** was able to apply the first Pack less than nine hours after it was purchased. Since the prepaid card had already been validated, the second Pack was applied to the card in less than three hours from the time of purchase. Since *** *** did not have to wait an extended period of time to apply either Pack, we are unable to provide any compensation
