Hello and thank you for contacting us. The order you are contacting us about was not placed directly on our website. The order was placed on Amazon.com. Each website has different return policies despite being the same seller. The return instructions you are citing are from our direct website,... www.Bookbyte.com. Our website allows customers to return books for a refund within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase price. The return instructions that you were provided with on Amazon.com stated different policies. Amazon.com allows a 30 day return timeframe and applies a 20% restocking fee for orders that were shipped as described. This policy was displayed at the time you submitted a return request through Amazon and is shown on their Help pages. Had the order been placed directly on our website, we would have refunded according to the Bookbyte.com policy which allows for a full refund of the purchase price upon return however the order was placed on Amazon.com therefore the return policy is different for your order. Despite those policies, our records indicate that an exception was made and a refund was processed for a remainder of your order on 12.19.2016.

This order was placed through Amazon.com and not directly with usThe order was placed on Per Amazon’s return policy, there is a day return timeframeThat timeframe is meant to allow time for returns to be made or for any issues to be reported with ordersThe description for this book stated at the time of purchase that supplements such access codes are not guaranteed with used itemsWe are required to list books by ISBN and the ISBN dictates the title of the book, we do not have the option to change this informationThis is why the title on Amazon’s listing page stated that it was for the textbook plus access codeAgain, we do not have the option to change that information and we are required by Amazon to list the book under the ISBN that is on the bookWe can only add our own description in the seller notes and the notes for all of our inventory specifically state that “May not include supplements.” Since the order was placed on Amazon, our return policy is subject to Amazon’s return policy and this is outside of the return/refund policy
