I am rejecting this response because: one, you guys keep sending me the same exact response backPlus, I just found out that you “did not receive” another textbookWhich is totally falseWhy would I not put a textbook in the package that I am trying to sell? I will be accepting any offer until it is me getting what I was quoted for my textbooks or the book sent back to meThis is by far the worst customer service I have ever hadWith all the reviews and complaints already online about this “business”, you should already be shut down in my opinionYou scam college students who are simply trying to sell their textbooks to get money to pay for their new textbooksIt is just really sad.

had previously explained why it states Quality ControlThe status for the
return order states Quality Control when you click the Track button because
there is no 2nd bookIt remains in that Quality Control status
because the return is incomplete due to only one book being receivedIf you
look at the status of each book, it states Not
Received under the book titled Taking
Sides: Clashing Views in Crime and Criminology, by Hickey, 11th EditionIt
states Accepted under the book titled Trusted Criminals: White Collar Crime In Contemporary Society, by Friedrichs,
4th Edition because we received that bookWe had previously provided a screenshot highlighting that area
that states Not ReceivedThe tracking number we have is for one label and with
that one label, we only received one book in one package which was the Trusted
Criminals bookWe did not receive the 2nd book and will not be
considering it returned

I am rejecting this response because:I asked the buisness specifically what the reason was that my particular book was rejected and they would not tell me why or look into itThey said that there are general reasons it might be deemed inauthentic but not why my particular book was deemed inauthenticIf they know for sure that my book is inauthentic, there should be a reasonThe buisness would not give me a phone number, manager's contacts, the warehouse contact informationThe buisness would only allow me to email one person who would not help me or give me any detailsThere are many complaints online that this buisness has done the exact same thing to themtold them that their book was inauthentic and would not give them money or return the bookHow is it possible that in one year the buisness has received so many inauthentic books?I asked the buisness if they notified the police, since the book is inauthenticwhich would be illegalI told them that if it was truly inauthentic, to notify the police and please send me a copy of the police report/complaint and evidence that it is inauthentic and they did not email me backThey had told me that it is sitting in a warehouse somewhere. The buisness did not contact me to tell me that the book was inauthentic and they would not be giving me the moneyafter a long time went by without being paid, I contacted them, only to be told that the book was inauthentic without giving any proofIt seems as though they were hoping that I would not notice that they did not give me my money and were not honest and forthright.
