I ordered the following part from Repair Parts Plus http://www.repairpartsplus.com/LCD-Screen-Digitizer-for-HTC-Desire-526-526H-p/gp... It lists that it is compatible with HTC Desire The connector on the digitizer is not the same as the OEM connectorRPP's connector is a little wider than the OEM and does not properly fit into the plug This part is not compatible with the HTC Desire Unfortunately, I did not check before installation, and as such I'm not looking for a refundI just want the company to be aware that this is not compatible with the HTC Desire

Very sorry about the frustration you've encountered with your repair As a reference point - we have shipped > QTY units of the same LG GScreen Replacement LCD with an aggregate reported defect rate below 2% It is highly unusual that two (2) units fail back to back Please understand that it is imperative to test the LCD before installing it into the mobile deviceAn installed or used LCD has no warranty Both the actual original mobile device as well as the installation method often contribute to challenges or failure in the repair process
