Attached is a copy of your original Order [redacted].  Pls note -  you ordered and we shipped as requested an iPhone 6 Plus Screen.   Because you returned the Tool Kit - our Exchange Credit included appropriate credit  for that item.  If the tool kit or any other item was not returned - we would have subtracted that item/amount from this credit.  we will simply ship another tool kit to you - so you can complete the repair work on your iPhone 6 Good luck to you

I however find the delays in standard returns processing unacceptable and overall see this as a business that does not deal well with its customer's valid RMA returns. I plan to make sure not to ever use this business again and find it embarrassing that the Revdex.com gives this business an A+ rating.

 The day I removed it from the package, I plugged it in and it did not work correctly, I don't know what they mean by installation, but there site says to plug it in, so I did, notified them within 24 hours of doing so, ( this is not my first install) they Will not back the product, I still want a replacement for the defective part or my money back. For this company to take this stand, clearly shows what kind of business they are.

I was so attended on the phone in such a rude and unprofessional way, I never would do business with this type of people.

Customer received item submitted on his order, which unfortunately did not match his mobile device.  Order was returned per published policy [redacted]   Returned order failed inspection as NEW condition.Ordered item has been returned to Client, at...

Company cost.  Client has declined other offers to accommodations and provide Correct repair item for his mobile device.

As explained previously...maybe not clearly enough, we shipped to The [redacted] Family[redacted] ** [redacted]Via UPS -- [redacted]This Package was REFUSED at this location on delivery and therefore was returned to a Drop Ship supplier located in ** -- via [redacted]We have made efforts but have not been success to recover the parcel.  This drop shipping is actually the Manufacturer -- [redacted] and they to not provide return processing associated with Drop Ship Services.   Further and finally, our return policy requires prior RMA to provide return credit [redacted]

The customer has submitted a warranty claim after
VOIDING coverage by installing the ordered product.  Customer order and received an LCD repair item.  The product listing, the sales confirmation
message, and the product packaging all carry a WARNING message to TEST before
installing...

the repair item. We provide warranty coverage on the purchased item.  We do not provide warranty cover or accept liability for the installation work performed nor the actual mobile device the being repaired.

LCD screens are covered for "Dead on Arrival" only.
LCD screens must be tested before installation by connecting the flex cable and
checking functionality. Returns are not accepted after installation. If
defective, a same item exchange will be processed. Damaged or defective items
must be reported within 3 days of receipt of order.

Respectfully - we are a small, trustworthy, family run business.  we both work very hard and care a great deal about every customer.....we handle 3-5K orders weekly.  less than 5% of orders are handled, as your was, via a drop ship suppliers.  our supplier incorrectly included an invoice.  we regret the resulting tumult.  pls review your invoice more closely.    you paid $15.99; not $20.92 remove shipping.   we have negotiated pricing based on our volume of our business  with dozen of suppliers.we appreciate this public forum to illustrate a larger (macro) fact lost by some Americans and distorted by tax hungry politicians who demonize profitable businesses and capitalism  Your order 15.99 less cost 6.96less CA tax 2.71 Less Fed Tax 1.08 less Labor (jobs)  1.13 less Advertising 1.44 Loss, Fraud  0.08 Less Rent, other Misc   0.68......net earning 1.91  We offered the product at a price you accepted.  The product has been delivered.  We decline your request and sincerely hope your repair project is successful.   Entrepreneurialism in the USA must be defended.

My gift recipient received a [redacted] fitness battery pack and what appear to be the feet for a [redacted] balance board.
