I ordered the Yin yang Tokyo wash shorts almost two months ago, kept getting emails they'd be shipped, never were and now they're ignoring me.
On 4/14/2018 I ordered the yin yang shorts and have yet to receive them. Two members from the company (*** and ***) both tried to help me at first and promise that I'd get my shorts before the end of May which clearly didn't happen because I wouldn't be here then. I am now not getting responses to my emails, the company is also ignoring my messages on Instagram. I got a confirmation that my shorts shipped but when I clicked on the tracking number DHL said they didn't even receive the shorts yet. It is upsetting that the company said over 10 times that "the shorts or shipping out tommorow" or "you'll have them before the end of May". And now the fact that they are ignoring me is disgusting. I just want my shorts and I'm apparently supposed to get a free shirt with my order because that was the promotion that was going on.

Desired Outcome

All I want it my package before mid June which honestly shouldn't be that hard.

I finally did receive it thanks to Micayla and texting her on Facebook.

Worst purchase Ive ever made.
I was so excited to buy these jeans but after my friend and I ordered them end of March and NUMEROUS emails sent to them that were not responded to I am so upset that this company is still allowed to scam people like this. They withdrew the money from my account beginning of April and have yet to contact me about refunding me/ cancelling my order. Every time I contacted them about shipping my order they would respond saying 8-10 days but after almost 2 months I can confidently say that this company is a scam. They took my money without any intention of shipping out my order. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!

A formal apology and a FULL refund.

I have not received my order in 2 months and have not been issued a refund.

Feb 2, 2018 - order placed
March 8, 2018 - order received
March 20, 2018 - exchange process started
March 23, 2018 - confirmation of return
April 22, 2018 - Still do not have order.

I have sent 7 emails of inquiry and received only 3 emails back. The first email said I would receive store credit for exchange, which I did not ever receive. The second email asked what my tracking number was to confirm my return, and I sent that but never got a reply. I then emailed them to ask when I would be receiving my store credit to reorder my item. The third email from Revice asked what style and size I wanted in my new order. I have since sent 3 more emails asking when I should expect shipment and have not heard back.

Desired Outcome

I would like my "Men's Raw Selvedge Slim/Indigo Wash" jeans, size 33 delivered ASAP. Or a complete refund of my purchase.

They do not give accurate ship dates and their customer service is awful, they don't bother responding to emails.
I ordered a pair of White Optical Venus Flares from Revice on 4/24. On 5/1 I emailed them asking when I could expect them to ship because on their website they say they send out orders 5-9 business days after the order is received. I was told it would be sent out by 5/11. On Friday 5/11 when they had not shipped I emailed them expressing my frustrations because this isn't the first time it has happened. My email was never answered and my jeans still haven't shipped. I have ordered from them 2 other times previously and never once has the shipping been accurate. With both of those past orders I also had customer services emails that were left unanswered by them. All they care about is getting their money. The lack of care and regard they have for their customers is completely appalling. I am left frustrated beyond belief. My order is #XXXXX. I'm not sure what else to do at this point because o feel that they've just taken my money and won't answer any of my emails.

I just want my order and for them to show some respect to their customers.

They have never once been accurate about when they would ship a product out. They're only saying that because they were contact by you, the Revdex.com. I don't believe it will ship in a week especially because they've ignored 6 emails and 3 phone calls regarding this matter.

Once again, they inaccurately said they would ship. On 5/18 they said they would ship out in a week which would of been last Friday, 5/25. It is now 6/1, two weeks later, and they still have not shipped. All they want is the money and could care less about repeatedly disappointing their customers and make no effort to change their TERRIBLE customer service.

I am having the same problem everyone appears to have. I ordered a pair of shorts April 11th, 2018 and never received a tracking number.
It is now May 17th and although I have emailed Revice Denim multiple times in an effort to cancel and get a full refund, I have received no response. This is theft and this company is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

I just want my money back at this point.

I ordered pants and asked multiple times about when I would receive them and I kept getting next week of 8-10 days and I still have not recieved it.
I ordered pants on 3/25/18 and recieved an order confirmation XXXXX. On 4/4/18 I emailed ***@re-vice.com asking about when I would receive my order because I hadn't been notified of anything shipping. They told me I should expect a shipping confirmation "this coming week". Again I wait and nothing. I contact them again on 4/20/18 asking again on an update and get "8-10 days". 5/9/18 I write a final email asking them to either refund my payment or send out my order and have not recieved any reply. I paid using PayPal a total of $138.52 which was a sale price from $171.02. I ordered the heaven shorts celestial wash size 27 ($32.50 marked down from $65.00) and the mon amour crop sugar wash size 27 ($94.00) the shipping was free and the tax total was $12.02

I would just like to receive my order or have them refund my money.

Until my money is actually refunded I will not accept their response because they have told me 8-10 days multiple times before and nothing happened. They also never responded to my email asking for the refund initially and only responded when I filed a complaint here so I'm worried if I say yes because I only have 10 days to respond that I will not get my refund in the 8-10 days they claim it will take and I will have to start this process all over.

I have not been refunded the correct amount. The company will not respond to my emails.
Order #XXXXX bought on Feb 10th. I finally got the order March 23rd. I bought a tshirt for $19 and Jeans for $88. The did not fit so I sent them back to exchange. My refund was approved April 4th, but I was only given store credit for the amount of $8.11. I have tried emailing and calling many, MANY, times without a repsonse. April 18th, they responded " Hi Kate!

We are SO sorry for this!

We would be more than happy to send your the correct store credit code amount. Can you please confirm? xx"

I confirmed but I still have yet to get notification that they put the right amount into my store credit, they aren't responding to my emails, and it has almost been a month.

Desired Outcome

Ideally I want a refund because they are so unprofessional I don't want to have to deal with buying something else and if they don't fit going through this whole process again.

I have not received my refund

Revice is a scam, never received product I paid for and no reply on customer service
I purchased jeans here on January 4th, none of which were pre-order items. When I inquired on when my package would be mailed 2 months later- TWICE they replied with incorrect time frames. One month post with no word on shipment I reached out requesting a refund or a tracking number- to which I received zero reply. After I requested a refund they stopped answering my emails as a customer. At this point, it has been 5 months since my order with no response or hope really of getting any package or refund. I am completely baffled and frustrated as to how this business is still operating as a SCAM and passing *** an actual legit company when they refuse to send packages to their customers that have been paid for. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, you will never receive a refund, a correct estimate for shipment, or will receive your package 5 months after the fact.

Desired Outcome

At this point, I would expect a full refund from my item that was never shipped. Ideally it would be best if this company did not exist as it seems they have hundreds of similar complaints from customers.

I was never issued a refund. This reply is completely unsatisfactory.

I have been emailing Revice since April 26th with no response from them. I have sent 5-email. in regards to not receiving my order.
On March 8th 2018 I placed an order for 3 jeans (Mon Amour Crop, Dream Fit- sweet monday wash(pre-order) and Dream fit-blue division) all in size 26. I received the mon amour and blue division on March 17th. They were too small to I requested a exchange/return on March 17th. March 20th I e-mailed asking for my "pre-order pair( Monday wash) to be changed to a size 28 so that I would not have to exchange them. I received no response to this request. Revice received my returned jeans March 23rd. And I was issued a new order confirmation for the new jeans in the exchanged size. April 26th (A WHOLE MONTH AFTER MY EXCHANGE ORDER WAS PLACED) I finally got an e-mail that they were shipped. April 30th I received an e-mail that my preorder jeans we shipped. May 5th I received the pre-order jeans. April 21st I emailed about exchange and pre-order size, received no response. E-mailed May 12th about jeans, and requested an exchange/return for my pre-order jeans, no response. E-mailed again May 14th no response. They have no phone number for contacting them, only e-mail. I am still waiting for my 2 jeans mailed on April 26th, They have not been delivered and have no updated tracking information.

Desired Outcome

All I want is the 3 pairs of jeans I ordered in a size 28 and Ill be happy! I really want these jeans and I am so disappointed that it has been such a hassle to get them!

I have been hearing 8-10 days for weeks now. On my pre orders that were already sent in for exchange. Hopefully this time they'll actually be shipped to me

Like an it, I didn't read any online reviews of this website before I ordered two pairs of jeans for $150 November 2017. One of the pairs was on "preorder" and the other was not. Well, it is May 2018 now, and apparently one of the pairs is out for delivery today. We'll see if it's actually a pair of jeans or a sign that says FU. I have no idea how this scam site hasn't been taken down by now, but dang, if I knew I could make loads of money easily scamming girls online I wouldn't be in college right now. This is definitely not a clothing brand ran by four girls, more than likely it's ran by 4 old fat guys in a basement somewhere

I learned of this company on insta and thought it was cute and I saw good attention so I went to the website to order a pair of jeans and they were on sale for $70.40! After completing my order I realized I didn't read any reviews, came here and saw all the frustration people had with this company. Well, I as well have had a very silent experience with Revice. I didn't even let ten minutes go by before I emailed canceling my order. The next day I was told by Revice that they would cancel and to allow 8-10 days for it to show in my account. I waited, nothing. I emailed asking what they were going to do about that, clearly not a happy camper with them. Nothing. I then emailed threatening that I would take action if they wouldn't refund me my money. Nothing. I have now filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, my Attorney General, and now with the Revdex.com here. I left a scathing review on their Facebook page as well. I emailed them that I have indeed taken action and that they are now registered, in multiple platforms (FTC being run by the govt), with official complaints. I have not heard back. But hopefully my attorney general will help me. If you have bad experiences with Revice I encourage you to contact your attorney general to get your money back and run this horrid so-called company into the ground!

Looks like all Revice customers end up on here... Ordered in April ONE pair of shorts. No shipping confirmation yet... a month later.... no communication... I emailed 3x, Instagram DM 3x, FB Dm... Nothing... Looks like they need some serious additional staffing assistance for customer service, or to make the darn product or they should just stop overly marketing themselves on instagram and stealing money if they can't fulfill the orders. I would like my order ASAP

Just like the rest of these. I made a purchase back in February and said the jeans were backordered and expected to go out in a couple of weeks. I thought it was strange that they charged my card at the time of the order rather than at time of shipment which is more standard. More than 3 months later - nothing. I've emailed half a dozen time and they gave different excuses. Now, they dont reply. This is fraud and this company should be stopped.

Revice Denim will not answer my emails regarding a return shipment that they never exchanged for me.
I placed an order for Venus flare jeans on 2/14/18 and payed $98 for the jeans. I received an email on 3/8/18 saying they were on the way. I received them by the next week however they did not fit so I attempted to exchange them. I sent them out to be exchanged for a different size around 3/28/18. They arrived to Revice and were processed for an exchange on 4/4/18. I received an email saying they would be sent out shortly.In prior communications with the company it took several days to receive an email back despite the fact that their website suggests a 24 hour response time. On 5/2/18 I still had not received anything from the company about the exchange being sent out. I emailed them twice since then to make sure they had not forgotten my order and they have not answered me since (I sent out the emails over a week ago). I have no way of getting in contact with them as they won't answer my emails. My return order number is 5C9CAF.

I would like to receive my jeans after many weeks of waiting for the exchange.

Ordered two items, only received one, company continues to ignore me after numerous emails and social media inquires regarding the issue.
I ordered a t-shirt and a pair of shorts from Revice on March 14th. On the 23rd of March I received a DHL tracking update saying that my order was on it's way. After checking the tracking for a few weeks and seeing no updates I reached out to Revice on April 3rd to see what was going on. They responded the same day and told me my package had been lost and that they would see that it was reshipped by the end of the week. I then heard nothing so I emailed again on April 8th and they replied quickly again and said they would get it out by Wednesday of that week. On the 11th of April I received a package from that but it was just the t-shirt I ordered and not the shorts. I emailed them again asking what the deal was and I never received a response. I emailed them regarding this issue on April 12, 22nd, 28th, 30th, and most recently May 8th. I have also tried to contact them on Instagram in hopes of getting their attention and haven't heard anything.

I would still love to see if the shorts work because the business has really cute clothing! But if I can't get through to them or get the shorts I would be happy with a refund of my money.

DO NOT ORDER from this company. They just keep telling you "your order will ship out this week"... yeah that was 7 weeks ago. I understand they are a small company I work for one too but come on. But I do not think this company cares about their customers. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. Its disappointing because all I wanted was the jeans, even offered to pick them up because I live in the area lol

So, I ordered a pair of shorts in January of this year. I received the shorts in the beginning of February, but was sent 3 sizes too small?? The style I ordered did not allow refund, so I sent them back to get the right size I ordered. I waited about a month before emailing to ask where my shorts were. I got an email back saying they would ship soon. It is now MAY. 4 months later and I still haven't got the right size shorts and now the company will not email me back. They literally have the worst service I have ever seen, not to mention I spent $60 on these shorts that I still do not have. I will probably call my bank to try and get this money back. Do not waste your time or money buying from them!

This company is horrible. My daughter ordered two pair of jeans last year. They claimed they were on back order. After months, they promised a refund. Then they said the jeans were shipped and just return them when the come. Neither the jeans nor the refund have arrived. They basically just stole our money. They have no address or phone number on their website either. No surprise.
