Review: Reward Zone USA LLC stated that if I complete the Tier 2 offers ( 2 Silvers, 2 Golds, and 6 Platinums), Reward Zone USA will send me a reward incentive Apple IPad Air.

I completed the necessary offers on June *, 2015, and I have a screen shot of the completed offer form that displays the date and type of the offers that were completed. But Reward Zone USA LLC refuse to send my reward incentive Apple IPad Air. Reward Zone USA LLC do not respond to any of my emails. The last email I received from Reward Zone USA LLC was on June **, 2015, stating that Reward Zone USA LLC will send the claim forms to receive the Apple IPad Air.

It is clearly and conspicuously stated, on our sites as well as in our Terms and Conditions, that PAID PARTICIPATION is required. Users must complete the required offers in order to qualify for the incentive. Review: RewardZone has sold my personal information for profit to their affiliates/partners. I have received egregious solicitation from their partners in the form of email, phone calls, texts at all hours of the day and night. They have preyed upon my personal information being released to them illegally against my judgement (identity theft) and have now profited from this. Before submitting this complaint, I first contacted RewardZone to request that my personal information be removed from the solicitation lists immediately. They assured me that within 10 days, these solicitations would stop. It has now exceeded this time period and the solicitations have now increased, in excess of sometimes 80 emails/texts/calls in a 24 hour period often from disgusting and lascivious sources.Desired Settlement: I would like RewardZone to remove my personal information from their database and instruct EVERY affiliate/partner to immediately remove my contact information. I would urge the Revdex.com to take a closer look at this company and their business practices.

The representative from Reward Zone has stated that the onslaught of emails/solicitations is not from their business affiliates. These often vulger and disgusting email solicitations have NEVER before been sent to my email address until virtually the minute after my contact information was entered into a Reward Zone promotional giveaway. To suggest that they have no culpability in this manner is not an acceptable answer. The response to the damage they have created to my privacy and my life has not been sufficiently addressed and deserves further attention.

Review: I was scammed and solicited by National Consumer Center/ Reward Zone USA stating that I was a random winner of an [redacted] Iphone 6s if I participated in their survey and promotional offers. I completed the survey as well as 1 silver, 1 gold and 6 platinum offers as requested. Since I have done this, Reward Zone USA has sold my information to multiple different organizations and my phone has been ringing non-stop from other companies all of which received my info from RewardZone. This is causing a major problem at my POE because I use my phone for business purposes as well and these calls are over flooding my phone. I have tried to contact RewardZone 2 days ago and still have yet to get a call back or even an email. RewardZone is falsely advertising rewards in exchange for consumers credit card information and contact information to send out to others for a profit. I had to complete 8 offers which I charged some products that I did not even need and paid for s/h as well/ Not only did I spend money I didn't need to, I was lied to about receiving my prize. This is false advertisement.Desired Settlement: The desired outcome would be for RewardZone to uphold their end of the deal and send me the [redacted] Iphone 6s as I have completed all offers and requirements for the prize.

[as of 2 days agao I still have received SPAM mails frpm this company and have NOT recevived an email to me alerting me they have removed me from all lists. Their lists are HUGE and take up 90% of my SPAM email. They are traceable because of the email domains that end in "eu" and - and they ask me to click "Unsubcribe" I WILL NOT do that - all that does is guarantee to the 3rd part this is legitimate SPAM!! I received 30 SPAM from them this morning in various forms!!

We notified the user on 10/** that they are removed from our email list. This takes 10 days to take effect.

Additionally, he may be subscribed to other lists that are not operated by us. In those cases, please unsubscribe from those emails separately. The consumer cannot attribute ALL spam to our company, so he may be receiving SPAM messages from another email advertiser.

I have attached the email we sent on 10/**, notifying the user that he has been removed.

Review: I recently participated in the survey and completed 1 Gold, 1 silver & 6 platinum offers in order to be rewarded a $1000 Disney gift card. As I finished to check my incentive status and claim my prize I noticed that one of the platinum purchases was not showing although I received a confirmation email, number etc for the purchase. Since the incentive status only showed 7 instead of 8 offers completed I opted out of claiming my prize afraid that I would not get the $1000 gift card promised to me. I tried emailing the company (twice) and then went to read reviews and saw customers experienced similar issues. To avoid the long wait time I decided to file a claim to try and get my prize sooner than later.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to acknowledge I did in fact complete the required actions to receive $1000 Disney vacation gift card & to have the gift card delivered as soon as possible.

Review: I often complete online surveys and in one instance I was lead to the 'RewardZone' website where they offered gift cards and other prizes if I filled out surveys and signed up for several trial offers. Review: THIS IS OBVIOUSLY A SCAM!!!!! I keep getting calls about the Rewards USA. That I am a finalist about the MILLION dollar drawing that they have going on right now, and that I signed up on [redacted]. I have never in my life been on that website! They call me on my cell all day and I just want them to stop! I don't want to get more phone calls, they state that they are calling from: publishers awards, but are from Rewards USA. I don't want them to have ANY of my information! The number that they are calling from is: ###-###-####, when I called back, there was no answer.
