Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [redacted] sent a detailed explanation of why he believes his company did not do anything wrong and offered a $gift card in order to resolve the issue and I quote: " [redacted] [redacted] Regards, [redacted] Director, Compliance RewardZone USA, LLC" I closed out the complaint with the Revdex.com based on this email I let [redacted] know that I did this and sent him an address where he could mail the gift card There is NO mention that I will have to sign a settlement letter, so indeed AFTER I had closed out the complaint with the Revdex.com, I was sent a 'settlement letter' to sign in order to receive the $gift card I wrote [redacted] back and told him that the agreement for the $gift card was in lieu of my closing the dispute, which I did and there was no mention that I would be required to sign a 'settlement letter' for his lawyers I fulfilled my obligation and once again I find the business practices of this company to be underhanded if not unethical Sleazy comes to mind as well He continues to indicate that his company did not do anything unethical and yet he continues to prove himself wrong He also wrote me and said I could " [redacted] ** These are heavy handed threatening tactics by someone claiming to want to "amicably' resolve this case and claiming to do "wrong" In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

LRevdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] I have not received any additional calls since I filed the complaint Which is what I wanted, however, I am still very concerned that my personal information was obtained and sold without my knowledge or consent Though the business indicates they contacted the businesses they sold my information to I have no way of verifying that I am making this as completed because the final result is as I desired but I still think that this business should be exposed to greater scrutiny What are they going to do in the future to protect other innocent consumers Was any attempt on their part made to verify the phone number provided was legitimate and owned by the person who signed up on their website? Was any attempt made to verify that the number was not on the state and national do not call lists or was a cell phone number? ###-###-#### was the number that called meI answered but my phone cord was plugged in and twisted, so I unplugged it and put the phone up to my earI heard the man saying I had terrible communication skills! I told him my phone was working correctly now and asked him to repeat what he said- he said no and hung up on meI called back and they answered the phone with my first name! They have caller ID and knew my name and address) I spoke to a woman (who was way too happy) and listened to her speechNext she wanted to know what type of credit card I have and when I told her I wasn't interested because of the comments from the 1st caller, she said " [redacted] ***"I was not giving her my credit card info and now I am rude? By the way, I have wonderful communication skills! The woman told me to not call back- so I did- and the man promptly answered and told me to stop callingThis is a big 'ol scam!

We notified the user on 10/ [redacted] that they are removed from our email list This takes days to take effect Additionally, he may be subscribed to other lists that are not operated by us In those cases, please unsubscribe from those emails separately The consumer cannot attribute ALL spam to our company, so he may be receiving SPAM messages from another email advertiser I have attached the email we sent on 10/**, notifying the user that he has been removed [redacted] ***

Although most people would say this is a hassle and don't want to give out card information or email informationI spent probably to hrs completing requirements and probably 25$ in shipping and handling for products I tried outI made sure to have contact info for all subscriptions so I could opt out and was persistent with my emails to Rewards ZoneYes I was totally skeptical and was for sure it was a scam but figured the 25$ I spent I was satisfied with products I receivedWhen I receive 1000$ card I still thought card fake it was a scamKept getting answering machine for card activation but kept calling finally got card activated and have 750$ right now promised in more days I still am amazed but I am very gratefulYes it was like running through fire but for 1000$ well worth it and even better it's a visa card that I can use anywhere SO MUCH THANKS TO REWARDS ZONE!??

I will have to say I only give 3 star so far only because I'm in my last step as they (RZU) say I am to recieve my reward. They actually and surprisingly have been very quick on replying back to me all by email many times in last 2 and half weeks on any questions I have sent them . I have also received in the time frame that was stated on their website as well as from them, all the paper work to esign as well as confirmations were sent back to me from them on all emails I sent with my proof of address and proof of Identity to them that website also states is required . When I sent them my proof of address the utility bill I used wasn't acceptable and that same day emailed me what utility Bill's are acceptable and even to black out certain information on my bill if I felt the need to. So long story short , my experience so far has been legit. Its offers that's mandatory to complete is crazy but if u do it right and use a card not linked to ur bank account and cancel subscriptions the day before the trial ends no extra $ u will have to pay and those offers will then count ,unlike offers that are immediately cancelled soon after u subscribed to , those do not count . And u do have to pay a buck or so on a offer or 2 to qualify. I paid total amount of 3 bucks . Oh and u gotta print out the claim form that they send u after they see all ur offers u subscribed to all qualify and u have to get it notarized and send it back . Every step u do has a time frame. Read the terms , read everything to get clear instructions. Yes I'm still waiting now to receive my reward , but my experience so far is good. It's time consuming and alot of waiting but well worth it if I do receive the reward promised. I will post again on my final results . If I dont receive it and do get scammed so to say "scammed for my time" is what so far has cost me and time taken is ok because my ENTIRE FAMILY FOR 3 GENERATIONS ARE ALL PART OF THE LEGAL JUSTICE SYSTEM eg. LAW ENFORCEMENT, ATTORNEYS and ONE FAMILY MEMBER IS ACTUALLY A RECENT RETIRED JUDGE! So yes , I will take action if I'm proved this is all fake . And will add to mine all your comments regarding rzu . Good luck to u all and hope none of ya gotten Financially hurt over trying this. I'll keep u all posted .

In thought of my long detailed complaint (review) that I posted last night, it came to mind to call the companies for whom I ordered my required "Silver Promos" from, so I could cancel my order, due to the gift cards NOT BEING LEGIT.

In WARNING TO OTHERS! - While this is my second go-a-round of playing into this merry-go-round, (Yes, SHAME ON ME!) .. I have come to find out (by calling the companies directly listed on the "Silver" and Gold" Promo list) when I speak to the customer service representative, that THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT *NATIONAL CONSUMER CENTER, NOR REWARDSZONE USA!~ NOR DO THEY KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE GIFT CARD INCENTIVE! Hmmmm!
More so, the "Silver Promo" company that I just called this morning, said they have NO RECORD of me purchasing a bag of coffee from their company! ..I found it a bit confusing, if not strange that after I did the promo selection and completed it, I was not prompted to continue on with the Rewardszone to collect my gift cards! Once I did the "Silver Promo" it came to a COMPLETE DEAD END!

Jezzuz Carrumba! .. I have sat here for GOD KNOWS HOW LONG doing the redundant repetitious surveys after being given a "Surprise Notice" that I was some billionth person to do online research, and that I had three reward cups to pick from being that I am a SUPPOSED WINNER!

Okay,. So I picked my cup, for which said that I had WON a $1000 AMAZON gift card, but then I was lead to having to do a ONE SURVEY, which lead to me having to PAY for a "Silver Offer," WHICH I ENDED UP HAVING TO PAY FOR, and THEN! there was NO CONTINUATION to do a FOLLOW THROUGH to receive my Amazon card, yet THEN! I was led to another prompt saying,.."OH! .. You have to do ONE MORE SURVEY with a Promotion that I had to pick from, which led me to have TO PAY for a Credit program! (at some nearly $35 A MONTH!) I THINK NOT!

THEN I was led to a Predatory Financial Lender program with HORRENDOUSLY ILLEGAL percentage rate, which of course, in association to this BS Rewards company, THERE IS NO FOLLOW THROUGH PROMPT ICON to finish out the process to complete the SUPPOSED REWARD, as I was ALSO TOLD that on the Second process go-around, I would receive a $1000 WALMART card! Hmmmm.

In researching this supposed "National Consumer Center" and RewardsZone USA, THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT THEM! Hmmmmm
To me, this is PURE PREDATORY marketing, because at 8 AM, you phone starts ringing off the hook, and all the companies are SCAMS out of Nigeria!

I'M DONE! .. I'VE HAD IT! .. OH, AND BTW,.. I GOT A ANTI-VIRUS WARNING PROMPT ON MY LAPTOP AS WELL WARNING THAT ONE OF THE COMPANIES IS A HACKER!

Don’t deserve any stars but had to at pick one they are A SCAM they will try to use a play on words to get out of ever having to give you your reward they promise you for completing requirement incentives they flat out refuse to have to pay up anything for all the time and hard effort of trying to complete everything in there timeframes designed specifically to be able to use a play on words to get out of it every single time no matter what you ever say or do

U know I have been completing your survey for a long time for over some years and yet have I ever received the monies your company has been saying that your company has for me. If your company advertising is not for real then why send too people email and your not serious. That being said give us as the people are monie. Your company don't even deserve a star

They are the biggest scam going and they are using legit businesses to advertise like YouTube total infringement on all levels and people believe they are legit because of that reason only because they saw it on YouTube but believe me people they are as faulty as it gets they are the lowest of all the lowlifes in life ever they rip Americans off of their hard earned money and it takes months to get even a response from them if I could help save anybody from the nightmare of having to deal with these people please take my word for it they are the biggest scam artist Ever and it’s amazing that they are still steadily ripping people off every single day just freely ripping people off with no repercussion whatso ever someday hopefully to God someone will force a stop to them somehow someway they just have to it’s not fair and it’s just not right at all on any kind of level
