Dear [redacted] -Thank you for contacting RewardZone USA, LLCWe are in receipt of your complaint to the Revdex.com, dated 11/*/2015. We responded to your many emails to let you know that we only have you registered for 4 offers. You were told you need one additional offer and were also given a link to come back in to resume the process and register for your fifth and final offer. In your emails, you claim to have completed four offers. You need one more in order to qualify for the $100 gift card. Once you complete the final offer, we promise to send you the prize.A bit about our program: The email you received was to prompt your entry into our survey and promotional program. We operate the survey and the promotional program that appears after you complete our survey. Throughout this promotional program, you must complete the required number of advertised offers in order to qualify for the promotional item. We clearly state that simply completing the survey does NOT qualify you for the incentive. Offers may repeat between pages and the offer will count depending on the page you complete it (for example, an offer may show up on the silver and gold page, if you complete it on the silver, it will count as a silver offer). All offers must be completed within thirty calendar days in the Eastern Standard Time zone. You have completed: one (1) Platinum offer, two (2) Silver offers and one (1) Gold offer You must still complete: one (1) more Gold offer Please come back to our program via the following link to resume the process: [redacted]If something went wrong and you've completed the requirements or have another issue, we'd love to help you. Review: I have been receiving excessive spam ever since I signed up for the program. I have tried very hard to unsubscribe. I have spent hours of lost time dealing with these emails. Additionally, my accounts were almost compromised because of this. I did not even use the service because it did not work.Desired Settlement: No more contact from the business, any of its affiliates, or any third party that they sent my email to; compensation for my time and the fees that the business received in exchange for selling my email

We will then be able to further investigate who the mailer is that is sending these emails and make sure that this consumer is removed from their database. This concludes our corporate response to this complaint. Thank you. [redacted] Director, Compliance RewardZone USA

Consumer

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I filed a claim against RewardZoneUSA under Complaint # [redacted]. I got a response from them today. The email was very generic saying that I have been unsubscribed. However, this is not the case. I received at least a dozen emails since then. I followed his instructions to forward the emails but this only yielded additional bounce messages coming my way. They also said that this is the end of the corporate response which is not promising. Jared H[redacted]-K[redacted]###-###-####

Review: I have been receiving many phone calls on my cell phone from a variety of companies who claim they have received my phone information from this company. The person they ask for is [redacted]. I know of no such person and attempts to contact the company directly have been fruitless.Desired Settlement: I would like them to remove my number from their system, recall it from those they have provided it to, provide me with information regarding this "[redacted]" person they allegedly received the number from, and to cease and desist from using my number in marketing.

Business

Response:

This consumer's information (Name, Phone Number and email address) have been removed from our database.

This is resolved.

Thank you!

Review: They send you email saying you won this, you put your information down buy something it says its ready to ship and you don't receive anything . I am also worried about identity theft and personal information is leaked with them so I am complaining because I used debit cards they took money and still no gifts. They have you do these surveys and when you finish you thinking it will say your gift cards is on it's way but no they redirect you to something else.Desired Settlement: To be Investigated and to send back whatever it is they owe me including my money for buying children books.

Consumer

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

Sincerely,

Review: I was signed up for their site without my consent, and I later found out about it via phone calls and spam emails from their partners. Even aside from the phone and email spam, my household has been on the "do no call list" since 2004 and I do not believe in giving personal information out online. They've been contacted about this twice and seem to be ignoring the requests.Desired Settlement: Removal of my information from their site and the partner's sites, and the cessation of all of the solicitation, calls, and emails from the parties involved.

Consumer

Response:

They claim they'll remove my phone number from their list and their partners list. And also state they'll remove their email. But did leave it to me to unsubscribe from any possible interlopers.

I just received my $100 dollar visa gift card and have already used it! I had no problems and am thrilled with my service! If you really follow the rules as they are stated you will get your reward! It's really not difficult! You do have to fill out your claim form but it's digital and there isn't any postal processes to deal with! I'm happy! They are legit! They are also very prompt!

Review: Review: I was tricked into providing my information to [redacted] USA by their misleading form. I didn't even finish filing out their form because I realized it was a scam. Their were boxes to click to provide permission to [redacted] to call your number by third parties. I closed the screen down without providing any permission.

I received a call today from a third party about topical skin creams ###-###-####) and I told the gentleman that he was in error calling me as I never provided my authorization for phone calls. This individual started yelling at me and then hung up.Desired Settlement: Desired Settlement: I would like [redacted] USA (Fluent Inc) to immediately remove my information from their database and from all databases they sold my information too. I never provided permission for their company to have 3 rd parties contact me by phone and [redacted] never sent confirmation of me providing permission or any other information related to their rewards. I would want a written apology from this company for their practices and assure they or business partnerships will never contact me by phone/e-mail/address again

Review: This company sent me an advertisement that a sign up for a iPhone 5s would take only 30 seconds to complete but after I completed it switched me over to a whole new survey which takes much longer and instead offering the phone free I am asked too complete a separate deal. The deal includes me making multiple purchases which was not mentioned at the beginning. This company is very misleading. I've attempted to buy from their sponsors and never received an iPhone 5s after completion.Desired Settlement: I would like an iPhone 5s or the value in cash for the phone.

Review: My phone number has been signed up with this business without my permission by someone named "Jay C[redacted]". I now get four to five phone calls a day from SEVERAL different numbers and marketing companies that trace back to this company Reward Zone USA. I am very upset that my private number which is ALSO on the national DO NOT CALL LIST has been abused and is now being shared with scamming companies.

I have reached out via email, phone and letter to this company and they still have not removed me from their lists or maybe worse yet, their affiliates' lists.

I feel that someone else's wrongdoing in using my number to sign up for their services is causing my a lot of distress and the harrassing phone calls that I return and either get hung up on, or new numbers that are calling me everyday are causing me extreme stress since there seems to be no way to remove my number from their lists.Desired Settlement: I would like to be removed from all of their lists as well as all of their affiliate's call lists so that I can stop being harassed by the several companies that call me each day.

The emails are going out as: dawngowins n[redacted]. So my contacts are receiving emails in my name. I want it stopped.Desired Settlement: To have this practice stopped.

Business

Response:

Hello– We are in receipt of the complaint with the Revdex.com (#[redacted]) dated 1/**/2016. We have unsubscribed the consumer's email address and she should no longer receive any email solicitations from us. It is possible that a computer virus is sending to her contacts appearing to be from her, without consent. We are not engaged in any email marketing that would result in emails being sent from your address. We have opened the line of communication for this consumer to reach out to us directly (at [redacted]) to voice any comments or concerns and to let us know if this activity has since stopped. Review: I send them a lot of emails and they won't stop tracking my phone.Desired Settlement: I want someone to contact the business.

Response:

We have repeatedly tried to gain clarity from this consumer about what she means by "tracking her phone." In the interest of excellent customer service, we have provided some solutions to her problem but are unable to give certain solutions, since she will not elaborate on what issue she is having. We are not engaged in any phone tracking practices and believe that this consumer is misguided on what their complaint is.Please close this complaint as we have repeatedly tried to reach this user to come to a resolution. She is not responsive and just keeps making the same complaint over and over again.Regards,Mohit S[redacted]Director, ComplianceRewardZone USA

Review: On 6/*/15 I began getting multiple calls each day from various states. When I spoke with one of the callers, they said they were some sort of Lotto company. I asked to be removed from their list. Calls from other solicitors followed. Then, one of the advertisers explained that they got my information from REWARDZONEUSA.COM.

I have never registered with that business so I must assume that someone used my information to create a fraudulent account. I have not been able to reach anyone at the Reward's telephone number.

I am concerned with how long it will take to remove me from the list because my information is now spreading like wilfire to all types of scammy businesses.Desired Settlement: I need my information to be removed from the business and their affiliates.

I want to know how they got my information in the first place and what other info (aside from telephone) was provided.

Review: I am hoping to resolve the problem of being miss lead by reward zone usa because as it was listed I could receive a product but was not able to see incentive status change. With purchase of product and other terms and conditions. I would love my reward as promised.Desired Settlement: I would like my 100 dollar [redacted] gift card or value in a gift card I have done my job and so can they.

Consumer

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

Sincerely,

Review: For the last week or two I have been receiving harassing phone call from a variety of different vendors who all claimed they have gotten my phone number from "Reward Zone USA". They want me to sign up for something or give them more information and barely let me talk enough to tell them to remove me. I have asked each of them to remove me from their lists, but "Reward Zone USA" seems to be the source for all of this. The last company to call me wouldn't give me their name, but they said they were sent by "Reward Zone Usa".

My voicemail is also now filled with blank recordings that started the same time these harassing calls from Reward Zone began.

I have never done business with reward zone. I have not filled out any surveys online. I have not registered for anything online. I have not initiated any contact with Reward Zone. The number they ring is a personal one I don't use for business accounts (I only give it out to friends and family). I included it on the Revdex.com Contact Form since that is the number Reward Zone constantly rings. I have never done anything with Reward Zone and I don't want anything to do with them.

I have attempted to call the number listed on the Revdex.com website to ask them to remove me and nobody ever answers.Desired Settlement: I never gave them my contact details. I never gave one of their related sites (if they have any) my contact details. I want them to stop harassing me. No more phone calls. No more blank messages. Furthermore, I want them to delete my number for their system so they cannot decide to start this up later. I want zero contact with them.

I don't want them saving any of the additional contact details I have provided the Revdex.com in this letter to be possibly used for marketing purposes.

The phone number they call is a pay-as-you-go plan, so I have had to pay for each one of their solicitations. I understand it can take 2 weeks for the company to reply to a Revdex.com complaint. If reward zone is unable to stop the call within 2 weeks from their Revdex.com reply, I would also like them to start re-imbursing me for the cell phone time I have to pay each time I answer one of their marketing calls or check my voicemail and receive multiple blank messages.

Business

Response:

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are investigating your issue.

We apologize for your less than favorable web experience and we will have your phone number removed from our partners' databases.

Consumer

Response:

Yes, the business offered to remove me from their calling lists like I had asked. Since my initial response asked for the calls to stop within 2 weeks and I have to pay for each solicitation they make, I shall assume they can make that deadline and the calls will stop by Sept [redacted], 2014. (Their response was very vague and generic, but didn't raise any objections to that timeline). Since I am accepting the case, I'll open a new complaint after Sept [redacted] if I have further problems.

Thanks for your prompt help.

Review: This company got my information through spy I think because I have not filled out any information on their site. I am now getting telemarketers calling who tell me that they are contacting me because of reward zone usa. I am also being sent spam at my email address. I have asked to be removed from their mail and soliciting.Desired Settlement: I want to be off of all of their lists.

Business

Response:

Consumer has been removed from our email list. Consumer has also been removed from our call center partners’ call list and placed on a “Do Not Call” list. Consumer has been notified that they have been removed.

Review: I have met all the requirements for the promotion of a $1000 [redacted] gift card within a week (1 silver, 1 gold and 6 Platinum offers within a period of 30 days). I was overcharged for the Silver offer ($8.95, instead of the advertised $4.95 S&H fee) More importantly 2 Platinum offers have not been credited to my account. I have sent an e-mail (with the confirmation receipt attached) everyday for the past 7 days and have left 3-4 voicemails on the customer service number. I haven't heard back from the company via email or phone, nor have the Platinum offers been credited to my account. I tried to claim my incentive and the company has not responded to that email either.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the $1000 [redacted] gift Card asap

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Contrary to what the business has said, I have not received a single email from them. I would like to them to resend to me any email that I need to fill out to claim my prize of $1000 [redacted] gift card.I agree with the business that I have completed the requirements that qualify me for the prize.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Sincerely,

Consumer
