The representative from Reward Zone has stated that the onslaught of emails/solicitations is not from their business affiliates. These often vulger and disgusting email solicitations have NEVER before been sent to my email address until virtually the minute after my contact information was entered into a Reward Zone promotional giveaway. To suggest that they have no culpability in this manner is not an acceptable answer. The response to the damage they have created to my privacy and my life has not been sufficiently addressed and deserves further attention.

 I appreciate the company responding to my complaint, but contrary to the statement made, I have not received a reply to any of the 3 messages I have sent the company. I did however email Maggie at the email address provided with the confirmation of the offer missing on incentive status page. Once I receive the $1000 Disney gift card I will gladly issue an acceptance to the company's response and close the complaint as resolved. I’m the [redacted]fCompliance at RewardZone USA, LLC, and am responding to the November *, 2014complaint ID# [redacted] concerning [redacted].By way of background, RZU operates an incentivized promotional program thatrewards consumers with gift cards and merchandise in exchange for their paidparticipation in sponsored advertised offers and their providing us with theirpersonally identifiable information and survey responses that we and ourmarketing partners use to contact them with targeted advertising.  We work very hard to maintain superlativeclarity and transparency for our users so they understand what’s required toearn the promoted incentive.  The guidelines and requirements for this program are clearly and conspicuously statedin our Terms and Conditions and the disclaimer which appears on each page.  We also include a status link to enable usersto check their progress, FAQ’s which have been crafted to address user inquirieswe have received and a chart on current sponsored offers detailing the purchaserequirements, how to cancel and/or get refunds and contact information.  We obtain express consent to our PrivacyPolicy which complies with all applicable federal, state and local laws.  There are links to all of our policies anddisclosures on each page. Our customer service team is tasked to address any complaints or inquiries that wereceive and take the appropriate action to provide amicable resolution to the user.  We provide quick turnaround and usecomplaints and inquiries to fine tune our website design and disclosures tomaximize user satisfaction.       Thank you for the opportunity to address the complaint submitted by [redacted]. Fromyour letter, we see that the consumer feels that she was tricked into providinginformation to us.  As clearly stated above, we employ industry standard practices of informing the consumer of whatit means to participate in our program. This includes our collection of personally identifiable information,survey responses, and the consumer’s participation in the sponsored advertisedoffers.  The consumer also states that she is receiving many telemarketing calls as a result of our collection anddistribution of her personally identifiable information.In the interest of resolving this complaint, we have removed the consumer’sinformation from our database and gone a step further to inform our marketingpartners to remove her phone number and email address from their databases aswell.  This adjustment will take 10 days to take effect, after which the telemarketing calls and promotional emailsshould stop.We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you or thecomplainant.  If you require any further information or documentation, please feel free to contact me directly at [email protected] Sincerely,[redacted]

paperwork.  We await the return of the signed paperwork, so that we may send her the prize.-We are not responsible for our third party advertisers' billing procedures.  We suggest contacting the vendor directly to inquire about the reason for the higher charge.  You may find a list of our active vendors here: [redacted]
-Our system does not retro-actively credit offers to a consumer's incentive status.  We have, however, notified you that the offer in question has been accepted and credited.
-Additionally, we have replied to each of your emails.  Our phone message clearly states that you must email us to get a response.
-We have received your claim incentive and we await your return of the necessary signed paperwork.  Once we receive the required documents, we will send the prize.

I was entirely skeptical of the emails you receive stating, fulfill these so and so requirements and get a gift card for some ridiculous prize. Scam, is always the first thing that comes to my mind, but I had a little bit of time and decided to try it. As painstakingly long and terrifying as the process is of signing up for memberships you probably don't need, I did it. After completing everything, it didn't really tell me whether or not I completed my requirements. I had to search for an alternate website and follow a teeny tiny link at the bottom of the page. After a few incentive requests and a customer service request, I heard from the company. I kept patient and understanding because every business is occupied with more customer than just me, but I stayed on top of all the emails, confirmations, and responses I received. I got home on the 10th day after my last email stating that my gift was on its way. I got a letter in the mail and opened it to find a $500 [redacted] giftcard. I was so shocked, I almost cried. It worked. I don't know if I would do it again, because it was a stressful process, full of possible problems, but it worked. I'm very pleased with this company.

This consumer, [redacted] ([redacted]), has not completed the...

requirements needed to qualify for the incentive.  Also, our Terms & Conditions clearly state that only one person per household, per year is eligible for an incentive.  
A bit about our program:  
We operate marketing and promotional websites that use surveys and user supplied and collected information to match users with advertisers and offers that we believe they’ll be interested in.  The sites are promoted with rewards – typically gift cards and merchandise – which users can earn by completing a specified number of offers. These offers typically require a purchase or a subscription to a service.  Please be advised that simply completing the survey will NOT qualify you for a reward.  As clearly and conspicuously stated on the landing page and in the footer of every page of our sites as well as in our Terms and Conditions, “paid participation” is required.
 
To qualify for a reward, you must complete the requirements based on the value of the promoted reward. If the reward is valued at $100 or less (a Tier 1 incentive) then you need to complete one silver, one gold, and two platinum offers. If the reward is valued above $100 (a Tier 2 incentive) then you need to complete one silver, one gold, and six platinum offers.   All offers must be completed within thirty calendar days of the first completed offer.   We have a limit of one reward per household within a 12-month period.
 
 
We ran this consumer's email address and determined that none of the required offers have been purchased.  If this consumer has indeed completed the requirements, we kindly ask that she send us the email confirmations she received from those vendors.  Once we verify her participation, we will gladly send out the incentive.

I was skeptical, but I just received my brand new silver 64GB iPhone 6S via [redacted] from the [redacted]! It shipped 2 days after I submitted my Echosign electronic claim form and emailed a photo of my driver's license to [redacted]. No notary, snail mail or long waiting time. I spent $23 total across 8 offers for samples/shipping/handling fees and received an unlocked iPhone valued at $750 retail. Bottom line, this is a real and worth it!
Make sure you carefully participate and document your 8 promotions with confirmation emails or sign-up screenshots that show account/confirmation numbers, your name and sign-up date. Do NOT solely rely on the RewardzoneUSA website's Incentive Status page- it's a great tool, if it worked properly.
Personally, I never tried to call RewardZoneUSA customer service. I handled all communication thru email to [redacted] and received timely responses, even if they weren't always accurate. My Incentive Status page online, only showed 6 of my 8 completed offers with a status of "Success". One completed offer was listed as "Featured" instead of "Silver". To receive correct credit, I had to send an email with attached screen shots of all my offer confirmation emails + a screen shot of my completed Incentive Status page. It was an easy thing to do, because I was organized with my backup.
I had success when I emailed [redacted] directly. Unfortunately, whenever I used the "Contact Us" or "Claim Incentive" links from the website, I always received an automated, inaccurate and thoughtless response. [redacted]

[redacted] sent a detailed explanation of why he believes his company did not do anything wrong and offered a $50 gift card in order to resolve the issue and I quote:

I closed out the complaint with the Revdex.com based on this email.  I let [redacted] know that I did this and sent him an address where he could mail the gift card.  There is NO mention that I will have to sign a settlement letter, so indeed AFTER I had closed out the complaint with the Revdex.com, I was sent a 'settlement letter' to sign in order to receive the $50 gift card.  I wrote [redacted] back and told him that the agreement for the $50 gift card was in lieu of my closing the dispute, which I did and there was no mention that I would be required to sign a 'settlement letter' for his lawyers.
 
I fulfilled my obligation and once again I find the business practices of this company to be underhanded if not unethical.  Sleazy comes to mind as well.  He continues to indicate that his company did not do anything unethical and yet he continues to prove himself wrong.  He also wrote me and said I could "[redacted]. 
These are heavy handed threatening tactics by someone claiming to want to "amicably' resolve this case and claiming to do "wrong".

We have repeatedly tried to gain clarity from this consumer about what she means by "tracking her phone."  In the interest of excellent customer service, we have provided some solutions to her problem but are unable to give certain solutions, since she will not elaborate on what issue she is...

having.  We are not engaged in any phone tracking practices and believe that this consumer is misguided on what their complaint is.

We have since removed this consumer's information from our database and our partners' databases. 
 
We are in constant contact with this consumer and have pledged to help resolve any further issues....

 The majority of the emails that this consumer are getting are not coming from us and the consumer has reached out to us to complain about emails that were not sent by us nor our affiliates. 
We are doing everything in industry best business practices to rectify this situation.  Revdex.com is very much aware of our business and has assessed an A+ rating based on our excellent customer service.

Initially I was VERY hesitant to deal with this type of company;however, I completed the required steps and received my incentive ($750/ in lieu of an iPhone 7) within 2 weeks of verification. There was a small hiccup and I had to email the company proof that I had completed one of the platinum offers. There were no complications. As stated before, 2 weeks or so later I received my card and called to have my money loaded. This company is doing what they promise from my perspective.
