speaking with them and discovering that they automatically give another number to a client after numbers have been ported away from themThey're stand is that they never received a letter stating that we no longer wanted serviceHowever, any other company I have ever dealt with in the phone business, assume when you port numbers away that you no longer want the service
I can see both sides of this situation however don't really feel that Ring Central took everything into consideration

We've received about spammy sales calls from Ringcentral in the last couple daysThey're attempting to reach out to pretty much anyone in our organization that they can find onlineUnfortunately their call center hasn't gotten the message that we are not interested in RingCentral serivices

Beware, everyone of this companyLook to a VOIP provider in your area that will actually come out and service their product and stand behind their word and service
This company told me several times that if they couldn't fix the problem, they would let me out of the contract and now they will notWhy they still have the Revdex.com Rating that they do, is a big question
I want a full credit for at least months, not just a month base credit (which is what they offered, not a full month credit as they claim on here - and only offered after I paid out of pocket to have their problem fixed)

This company has done nothing but lieI was told over and over that they would let us out of the contract if they could not resolve the issueThey told me time and again what they could not do, never what they could doI had to get someone else to fix their issue and I should be let out of the contractThey are unable to even meet me half-way

We will continue working with the customer but it is a signed contract and the terms are in the contract

Notification was sent to the email on file on 1/17, but we have gone ahead and cancelled and refunded the account as requested
