We have been a Ring Central customer for a while now and have found the service to be excellent and the support spot on and timely. Definitely recommend them to anyone!

I have had the worst experience with this company.. I signed up for services with them for multiple accounts and its been over 2 months and the issues and services are still not resolved. I have emailed and called Account Reps, Customer Service and even Managers and still have not received ANY form of communication back from them at all.. This company has proven to be unprofessional and unresponsive which tells me that their customer experience is not their top priority.

the business, but their resolution I find that is satisfactory to me. The Contract WAS nonsense, as it was terminated because they found my phone call from last year stating that I will not be continuing service with them. They did work with me as best as they could, but only after they found that phone call. In reference to the non-pay, that is because My numbers have now been ported out, and service with them has been successfully terminated, as per my phone call on April 14th.. They also sent me an email stating, 
"Dear [redacted]Per your request your RingCentral account ([redacted] has been canceled. We appreciate your business and hope to serve you again in the future!"

I opened a fax acct when I started a new job last year at the suggestion of the owner of the co. I don't even believe I used the service twice. The job did not last more than a few months. I forgot I had the fax # but I was reminded when I received a bill from AMEX where Ring Central hit my card for an automatic renewal. I called them promptly upon receiving the bill to dispute the charge and I called Ring Central as well. They told me it was past the renewal date and they had to charge me for another year. That is absurd.

"Take advantage of the contract offering"?!? Don't make me laugh. The whole thing is a scam! The issue isn't that I was forced INTO a contract, the issue is that YOU MAKE IT AS HARD AS POSSIBLE TO GET OUT OF IT SO YOU CAN CONTINUE TO CHARGE ME A MONTHLY PAYMENT. Just cancel the contract! Just like a cell phone, cable provider, or internet provider ALWAYS allows you to do! DO THE RIGHT THING!! You're basically criminals who think that what they are doing is okay because you lock people into a contract they CAN'T get out of.
Know who else works their contracts like you do?
Satan.

We do not require contracts, many customers pay month to month of annual payments without a contract. Contracts are provided as a way for customers to lower monthly costs if they choose to take advantage of the contract offering and agree to the terms of the contract. We also offer a 30 day period in which customers can discontinue the contract which is also in the terms of the contract signed. In this case the contract was signed well past 30 days ago.

I have no actual proof that the billing error has been permanently corrected as my account shows that I am being billed incorrectly. Once this is resolved, I will be satisfied and will close the case. Thank you.

We are working with the customer but he has been very busy which is understandable. He made it clear to us that he will reply to our emails when he has time. So just an update to the Revdex.com here since it has been some time since opened.

The worst customer service EVER!! I dread having to call into support as it seems that no one knows what is going on nor do they even understand their own product. I called to have the phone number that appears on my outgoing fax cover sheet updated/deleted. I was transferred 4 times at one point, the lady could not help me and did give me attitude and after I stated that I will cancel my service, she was really quick to get me off the phone and transfer me to someone for me to cancel my account (of which I have had since 08/2011) After 2.25 hours and being transferred 4 times, we were able to come to a half way solution. I really do not feel that I was treated as a valuable customer and will be shopping around for other services as this service is subpar.
