I went to Salisbury University in Salisbury, Maryland for years
My loans were through Sallie Mae which is now NavientI have around
57,in loansI have tried to make my payments on time and in full
but I can notThe operators when I call have no solutions or knowledge,
and can not help me, yet they hound me constantly to make a payment
Navient loans is contentiously calling me and harassing me to make a
paymentI've tried to work with them to get my payments lowered and
they said they can do nothing for meMy co-signers are in debt as well
but make more money than I doI make only 20,a year, and I'm about
to have a babyBut Navient continuously calls and says that I need to
make my payments before I go into defaultI have told them about my
situation and they have no solutions for meI can not afford almost
half of my paycheck to go to my Student LoansIt's ridiculous that I
can not have my payments lowered to work with my financial situation

I have been trying to contact navient for the past week leaving approximately voice messages to return my calls and have yet to hear back from themI received a letter in the mail stating that I can reach out to my consigner to sign a financial statement but this does not reaolve any of my issues where I have no contact with my consigner at this timeI had already mentioned this to navient but they just seem to give me the same response over and over again without actually listening to what I have to sayI am absolutely appalled at how this business continues to carry themselves

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and though the company was NOT able or willing to what I wanted to happen in regards to this complaint, there is not much that can be done on my part aside from paying off the loan or finding another company with more incentives that will help clients obtain a reasonable payment amountI kind of have to accept what they said because this company does not offer anything elseI am beyond disappointed with everything regarding Navient and I regret ever getting a loan from themJust praying that I can find some way to resolve my loan in a reasonable amount of time so I can fully sever ties with this company for good.
