For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI have not received anything from Navient on this matter They called me on July 2nd, and I was in the mountains for my birthday and didn't have adequate cell service to discuss the matter and the rep told me she would call me Monday July 6th I never received a call backAfter researching further into my claim, I have found that Navient has also failed to follow the terms in my Master Promissory note by not allocating my payments correctly My MPN states that my payment will be allocated first to late fees, then to all remaining unpaid interest, then anything remaining after that will be paid to principle I have found that I have over $in unpaid accrued interest due in my loans that have not been paid Navient as had my loans for over two years and they have been allocating my payments partially to my interest, but also a significant amount to my principle, when it should of been used to pay off unpaid interest I am worried that that accrued interest of $will be capitalized back on my account I don't understand how a company contracted through the dept of education can act in such a reckless manner without discipline I have read countless articles against their practices and most recently read about a class action lawsuit filed against them for charging active duty personal interest while abroad, when that too is protected in the MPNThere needs to be stronger laws to protect students in repayment who are not in default and have followed the repayment terms I have logged 10-hours of time into dealing with their fraudulent ways and have not accomplished a single thing, when all i'm trying to do is repay my student loans without being taken advantage of or being told I can not determine how my money is applied to my loans.

Navient should not be charging me (or anyone) 7.9% interest for student loans, when I can get car loans at 0% and other bank or lending lonas for less than 1/or what Navient chargesMy major complaint remains: why are we allowing Navient and others to charge students higher interest payments to get an EDUCATION, when we charge much less for auto and bank loans

At the end of December I made an extra payment on my student loan that was not creditedI emailed to inquire about the payment in mid-January 2015, but never received a responseI spoke with a customer service rep at the end of January who asked me to submit a "billing statement." I asked her what she meant by that and she was unable to answer, so I asked to speak with a supervisorShe told me to upload a bank statement to the website showing the payment was debited from my bank accountI did so the next day, and received an autoreply email stating that my account would be updated within ten business days
Ten business days have passed, and that payment has still not been creditedI emailed them again today asking for the payment to be credited immediately and stated I would call on the next business day to confirm that it would be credited
This error has caused interest to accrue on my loan and caused errors on my 1098-E formI cannot file taxes until it is fixedI've told Navient that I will contact state and federal consumer protection agencies if the payment is not credited and the interest and 1098-E corrected by mid-March I've also given them notice that I will file suit and seek damages for my time and effort if the payment is not credited by mid-April I refuse to let this company steal from me

The letter that Navient sent does not answer any questionsThey have repeatedly sent me my promissory note, which I said I understandThey talk to me like I am an it and are extremely rude over the phone, they continually send me the same information without actually answering my question. My question to them is why does my interest keep raising when I have perfect payment history of an unreasonable $ a month with a current 11.125% interest rate....I have made every payment on time, and the federal interest rate has NOT gone up, can I get an answer as to why interest rate keeps going up? What have I done to deserve this?
What Navient has done is predatory lending. I was years old when I graduated high school and went off to college, I had no credit, I was 18, who has credit at 18? I will be repaying 3x the amount of the loan when I am finished, this is predatory lending and completely immoralI have great credit now, why is Navient aloud to continue to raise my interest rate? No other company has an interest rate that high. Most places I have called, Citizens Bank, So-Fi, etc, their highest rates are around 7%Why can Navient get away with 11.125% and then continue to raise it to someone who has paid everything on time and the federal interest rate has not gone up?

As of January 26, I have not received a mail correspondence from the company. They continue to harass myself, my son, and my niece. They will each be submitting complaints to the Revdex.com for their disregard for business tactics and harassment. My son, *** *** states that last week alone they called him more than times in one day. This is totally unacceptable for any business to harass someone in such a manner. If they want someone to be able to repay them harassing them while they are working is not a sufficient tactic for getting their monies owed as they could cause someone to lose their jobs. This is out right harassment and must be stopped.
