I wish *** *** would have spoken to me by phone I left him a few voicemails
I understand that previous delinquent info can't be removed That's not the issue The issue is that I completed the rehabilitation process and was making ontime payments with *** *** and that information has not been reflected in the my Experian credit report
*** *** and Navient are one in the same I want my credit report to reflect what it should: "Pays As Agreed."
Additionally, I want a copy of the letter as sent notifying the credit reporting agencies of this matter

My intended business with Navient when I called their main Customer Service number in early December was simple, and my intended tasks remain the same USPS response is unacceptable; I insist on a phone call from a Navient employee that can help me with these two simple tasks that I expected to accomplish over a month ago Such a phone call should not be much to ask, and I find it appalling that I've had to fight so hard for it Now that I have, I will not settle for anything less than either a phone call or an E-mail including a DIRECT phone number to a Navient employeeI still have no online access to my loan information, and I still need to set up Automatic Debit

I'm not satisfied that I am now required to wait for postal service in order to read their response as opposed to making their reply available to read through Revdex.com of Delaware In the interim, I am rejecting the response as my complaint is very simple in nature and I have provided numerous examples of how *** *** is not accurately reporting I've attached a document that depicts the discrepancies
My original report states various dates in regards to first date of delinquency which should be "APRIL 2008", this is show on several of my *** *** accounts However, some other accounts show almost a year later as current then shortly afterwards I'm considered delinquent on "FEBRUARY 2009", which is not correct Then I call *** *** to review and next thing I know all my accounts have been changed to reflect the incorrect first delinquent date of 'FEBRUARY 2009" - I've called again relentlessly to have this reviewed and there's no accountability at *** *** to manually review my complaint and yet they're very quick to apply changes without quantifying or validating My credit is part of my livelihood and it's not fair how my complaint is being considered "frivolous" and discarded

Problem:
Hello, this is the second time in exactly one month that I'm writing to youOne month ago on 8/28, I filed a complaint with NAVIENT student loans for harassmentMy family and I thought that the issue was resolved but unfortunately they started calling againThis time it is much worse as they are now harassing family members who don't even have an account with NavientMy sister, who doesn't even have the same last name as me or an account ever with Navient is being harassed by them and threatened on the phoneShe has never taken out a student loan from them and they are calling her house phone daily, looking for meHow did they even find her number or even know she was related to me? My cell phone is being called times a day as well as my mothers house phone, whom I don't live with and her name is not on any of these loans and my brothers cell phoneEach up to times a day, all day longThis is harassment and I refuse to be treated like thisI understand they have job to collect debt, but this is getting out of controlEspecially because I have already filed a complaint with you about themMy family intends to to the same thingI can't afford what they're trying to have me pay them and there aren't any options available to meI can only pay them a small amount and my family can't helpThey are calling from different area codes and states as wellPlease try and resolve this issue because my family is considering legal action for harassment by this business if this keeps upThank you for your timeTranslate

*** *** at Navient was very helpful in addressing my initial concern that the two loans I settled in full in December weren't reflected on my Navient loan online portalShe was able to get the inaccurate information deleted from the Navient website, and the two loans in question no longer appear when I loginI thank her for her swift resolution of this part of the problemHowever, I still have not seen any update to my three credit reportsMy credit score has not changed, and there is no update regarding these paid off loans when I review my credit scores online, including Transunion, the one that has the lowest credit score of the threeI cannot consider this issue resolved until Navient makes sure that all three credit bureaus have the full and complete information, AND that all three of them accurately reflect thisWhen that is done, my credit score will go upIt's not enough just to give the three credit bureaus SOME of the information (if THAT has even been done - all I have is her word that she WOULD submit the information to them, and I have no proof that she did, because no change in my credit rating has occurred to date)I need ***/Navient to COMPEL all three of the credit reporting agencies to get the facts of these loan settlements fully REPORTED, so that the new, accurate information actually makes a difference in my credit report/scoreI have no way of following through with the three credit bureaus myself; the information needs to come from Navient, TO Equifax, Transunion, and Experian, so that each one updates their records COMPLETELY.
