I based my decision to sign up with At&t on the offer showing on my screenIt honestly never occurred to me that I would have to prove the offer, as I have never had an issue with receiving the cash back amount offeredMy biggest concern is that your company is not even considering the fact that there could have been a problem with your website, or an outdated link or an offer loaded too soon, or not taken down properlyI may have a screen shot showing the amount, but I wouldn't know how that would prove the dateBasically, your company doesn't have to pay what you offered, whether intentionally or not and that's just not rightI want other people to be aware that this sort of thing may happen to them when I comes to the larger cash back amounts
