Hello,The Cash Back rates for Expedia were as follows
10% Cash Back on Cruise
4% Cash Back on Special Rate Hotels
3.5% Cash Back on Activities
2% Cash Back on Package
1.5% Cash Back on Hotels, Cars
$Cash Back on AirIt is listed as "Up to 10%" with the 10%
Cash Back rate being available for Cruises as shown above and listed on our expedia page at ***So, it appears you were credited correctly at the 2% rate which is available on travel packages.For the *** orders we are still waiting to see them reported to us from ***As we let you know in our recent email orders can take up to weeks from the last date of travel to be reportedIf for some reason the order/s is not reported in that time please email us again and we will gladly look into it furtherThank you!

From the pattern of complaints here, it seems ebates does not want to pay the affiliate commissions on larger purchasesAs I stated, both ebates and *** *** have confirmed a referral commission has been paid to ebates for my *** television purchase of $*** on 2/5/**It is unfair of them to keep the whole affiliate commissionThen they suspend my account days after I was supposed to have my check mailedVery shady operationI am again requesting that they mail me the check for $***I prefer to resolve this issue here, as opposed to taking other measuresHere are the details of my account showing the cash back owed, copied and pasted from the website:

Good morning,Ebates is a great shopping program, but we do have a few rules and restrictions. In some cases, Ebates does not earn credit for orders. We are careful to publish these rules. For example for *** ***, in-store pickup orders do not qualify. We too would like to
earn credit for these orders, but we do not. When this happens we pass along the information to our members after looking into the matter for them.In this case, the new is not received well by our member. We have tried to explain these restrictions repeatedly. We will continue to assist and investigate any case, but in some recent cases, Cash Back cannot be earned. Sincerely, Ebates
