Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Waiting 21 days for the USPS to deliver a letter is ridiculous and is just another reason they are deceptive in their advertising and payment procedures. They received payment from the vendor many months ago, held the money and then further delayed payment. Nothing like their advertising claims I understand that thousands of other users never receive their rebates and Ebates simply keeps the rebates from vendors and never pays them. I call that fraud.
Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
I have still yet to hear from my Ebates after I was given two different people to contact. The first person never responded and now the second person hasn't responded to my email. As instructed, I did email everything to the last person [email protected] but he has not responded to my issue. I am owed a lot of back money from Ebates. I have sent several messages to Ebates customer service adn they have yet to respond even though I have tracking numbers associated with my account so they can better track my issues. Please have someone get back to me. Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:

Ebates since you only have 3 months of...

tracking information, I am unable to give you all of your ticket submission numbers as you don't have them listed on my profile anymore. In my complaint, I listed 2 separate correspondent ticket numbers for you to look up and credit me. How can I give you the information you are requesting since you don't have ticket numbers past 3 months. In addition, some of the ones in my account are pending so those should be really easy to find and respond to. Please look into this as I requested. I responded to the email that Ebates sent 5 days ago and I have yet to get a response from Ebates. Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:

They have not even attempted to resolve the issue with me. Trying to work with Revdex.com to get a case closed out instead of working with the customer to resolve a problem is not a good sign

Dear Revdex.com,
This member recently created a minimum of 29 accounts in an effort to abuse our refer-a-friend program, and reap...

sign-up bonuses.
This member is now banned from the Ebates program.
Please call me for more information if needed.
Ebates
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/07/15) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I thoroughly read Ebates refer-a-friend program's policy, and in no instance did I violate Ebates refer-a-friend program's policy.
Ebates is a shop through portal where Ebates receives a substantial kickback from referring businesses to the consumer. In turn, Ebates pays a set agreed upon portion of the kickback with it's members when the member makes purchases at advertised businesses through the Ebates portal.
For Ebates to say that I created a minimum of 29 accounts in an effort to abuse Ebate's refer-a-friend program, and reap sign-up bonuses, is not only a legally dangerous assumption, which has no provable merit, but puts Ebates in a place to receive funds from the businesses, without paying the member the set agreed upon monetary payment for member services rendered.
Ebates has the right to refuse service. On the same token, neither I nor my 29 friend referrals are planning to do business with Ebates again.
This however, does not negate the already rendered member services, and the Ebates pre-agreed upon payment due to me, as the member, and to the 29 friend referrals.
Ebates owes me $514 for services already rendered, and owes the 29 friend referrals their respective pre-agreed upon payments.
Once again, Mr. [redacted], for legal purposes, all correspondence must be in written form. Telephone contact is not an option, and I will not bypass the Revdex.com's dispute resolution system as you are suggesting.

Final Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2015/07/17) */
Thank you for your reply.
I'm offing my time on the phone for the Revdex.com if they would like to contact me regarding this matter.
If there there is a legal matter, that would be addressed by our legal team.
Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 11, 2015/07/20) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Once again, Ebates is trying to circumvent the Revdex.com's mediation process by making the information available to only one party and hiding from the public who may use this information for future decisions regarding Ebates.
If Ebates truly believes that I broke their policy, as they are alleging, they only need to provide proof. There is no need to hide from the public.
Also, if Ebates had a "legal team", we would not be discussing this issue, since the said "legal team" would know the position Ebates is placing itself in by alleging a member has broken its policy, and taking action without due proof, after the fact the member rendered services to Ebates, and Ebates benefited from the services.
I am updating the desired resolution, since I believe the covenant of good faith and fair dealing has been breached and is beyond repair, and therefore, I no longer desire to do business with Ebates.
Desired Resolution:
1. Ebates to pay me the $514 owed for rendered services.
2. Ebates to fulfill their obligation to the 29 friend referrals their respective pre-agreed upon payments/bonuses.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/04/28) */
Dear Revdex.com and [redacted],
This member has abuse our referral program. To resolve this, we'd like to consolidate the accounts in her name.
[redacted]@gmail.com
[redacted]@gmail.com
In addition, these two other accounts that she...

created.
[redacted]@gmail.com
[redacted]@gmail.com
This is the next step in resolution. Please authorize this consolidation so that we can move forward.
We explained this on the phone recently, but [redacted] hung up during the call.
Thank you,
Ebates

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I explained to company before those were no my email address. Those are the emails of my referrals. I used my credit cards whePlacing the orders before For my frienda and family. I hung up the phone customer servicE person kept accusing me of owning all of the emails. I am a grown Adult, there is no reason for me to lie.It is a shame that a company acts this way to customers.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/04/09) */
Hello,
We have requested that a new payment be issued to you. We will be sending your new payment on May 9th. Please be aware that check number XXXXXXX, will be voided soon. We apologize for the delay, and appreciate your continued patience....

Please notify us if you have any further questions or concerns.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/04/13) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
After I filed in Revdex.com, Ebates immediately sent me a email told me that they are going to send a check in May 7 (they ignored all my 5 times inquires before I filed them in Revdex.com). My point is I did not get the check they said they mailed to me, why I have to wait until May 7th? They can easily void the check they mailed to me if there is a one. I want my check now.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2015/04/21) */
Hello [redacted],
Unfortunately, we are unable to process the replacement check any sooner. We must allow time for our bank to cancel the previously sent check and ensure it has not been deposited in any account. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Today, as a show of our appreciation for your patience and understanding I have added a $5 credit to your account which will be paid out on your next eligible pay date. Thank you.
Final Consumer Response /* (2000, 11, 2015/04/22) */
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
seems no other option for me. I will wait until my next eligible pay day. Thank you, Revdex.com and Ebates.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I understand the...

company has its right and freedom to define "abuse". And I accept the removal of me from their program. The complaint now is request for paying off the cashback from Oct-Dec 2017. The amount is $93.61. If the company considers any part of the $93.61 is due to abuse, please at least outline the brief reason for abuse for each item of cashback earned.
It is very vague to ask Revdex.com to ask for details about abuse. If Ebates feel uncomfortable about releasing personal information, you can hide the sensitive part, and again, for each item cashback, tell us how it is earned through abuse. Also I want to remind the company Revdex.com is able to hide any sensitive information when the complaint details are exposed to the public.
Sincerely,[redacted]
