We requested that the customer bring the vehicle in to our Honda Service Department so that it could be inspectedThe vehicle was inspected on 09/**/The diagnostic test revealed no issues with the vehicle and, to our knowledge, the problem has not reoccurredAs the vehicle is running
without issues, it cannot be returned and the purchase cannot be refunded

We have issued *** *** a refund in the amount of $484.00, it will arrive via UPSHowever, any refund for DMV registration fees are issued by Albany, not the dealership

To whom it may concern,This is the problemThey did not use HYUNDAI parts in my car which they claim to have usedWhen I spoke with the service guy at Plaza Hyundai, he stated that the parts came out of a Hyundai box so they are Hyundai parts, when in fact they are off the market parts which were used in my car.This resulted in me having to replace the faulty parts they put in my carSo in essence I paid twice for a service due to Plaza Hyundai installing off market partsI have attached pictures as referenceThere memo providing the part number means absolutely nothing if those parts were not used in my car.Please see attached I also have the parts they used in my car in a box, since I could not use them.If they can use off market parts in my car, they are doing this to other customers as well

Just wanted to bring to your attention that they finally gave me the Warrenty after month of back and forthThey charged me over 3500$ and my credit card was charged on August ***. After taking time off from my daily work for visiting the dealer 3x on different days of the week towards this matter. I believe Acura compensate me for my time and providing me with late warranty.
