Our Customer Care Manger attempted to contact [redacted] on February 1st but was unsuccessful. The gift card was mailed to the address provided through the complaint.

As a one time courtesy, Plaza Hyundai is willing to offer $350.00 towards [redacted] Hyundai Finance bill. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

car into Plaza Auto Mall for service twice for the same problem(tire pressure light on). The first time, 3/*/16, they said it was because the tire pressure was low. I had checked the tire pressure myself when the light initially came on and according to the owners manual, the light should have gone out a few miles after correcting tire pressure. It didn't so I took the car to them. They reset the light and there was no charge to me. Next day, the light came back on. I purchased four brand new tires and a four wheel alignment even though the original tires only had 24,000 miles on them and requested that the shop where I purchased the tires reset the light for me. They put a meter on the car and informed me that the light wouldn't go out because the sensor batteries were weak. I took the car back to Plaza Auto Mall on 4/*/16,informed them of the findings regarding the sensors, showed them the receipt for the four new tires. Their technician claimed that I needed a tire rotation to correct the problem because the tread on the front tires was lower than the tread on the rear tires. Not believing what I was hearing, I once again showed them the receipt for the four new tires and asked how I could possibly need a tire rotation less than 24 hours after putting brand new tires on the car. They advised me that they would recalibrate the sensors but I would have to pay the diagnostic fee because I chose not to follow their instructions and have the tires rotated. At this point I lost all confidence and respect for Plaza Auto Mall. I paid the ransom and left after asking to speak to a service manager and being told that they were in a meeting and the young lady had no idea how long the meeting would last. The next day, the tire pressure warning light came back on again. I took the car to a private service center. They changed the front right sensor. Problem solved.  Over the last five years my family has purchased five(5)vehicles from Plaza Auto Mall. Two Hyundai Sonatas, two Hyundai Elantras, and one Honda Civic. I can guarantee that in the future, we will deal with another dealership.

We have been in contact with [redacted] about this matter, and advised him that we require his invoice and proof of payment in order to proceed. Also, Julio G[redacted] is no longer with Plaza Kia and that is why [redacted]’s email was returned to him.

Please be advised [redacted] is scheduled to come in on June [redacted].

Plaza Toyota apologizes for the confusion surrounding this matter and we are eager to resolve the issue. If [redacted] will kindly provide confirmation of the paid ticket, we will reimburse her directly for the expense.

 Again I am not satisfied with Honda. When I dropped off.my car to be fixed I was told I would have it back by noon that day, they did not call until 3pm to let me know that I was not able to get the car back until the next day, the part was in the car on their property.  Good morning, I was contacted by the car dealership and I  tell them that I  will be there for the paperwork I don't know if I  will have to pay any fee to restore my drivers license  but if I  have to I want them to pay those fees

The price listed on June ** was not $17000 range, it was $15,771. Of course the dealer can change the price any time.

Plaza Auto Mall does not accept any returns for special orders or electrical parts. This is company policy. We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

As this complaint is now being handled in Small Claims Court, we currently have no response for the customer. Unfortunately it is out of our jurisdiction. We recommend the customer close this case out and allow Small Claims Court to resolve this matter going forward.

Unfortunately this business is not being completely honest about the information that was relayed to me by there representative. Before any service was done on my vehicle I asked if the transmission needed to be replaced and was told no. If I was told my transmission needed to be replaced I would have not invested any money into repairing a car that can not pass a,state inspection and they were aware of this. In fact I was told my car was in descent shape and would pass following the services they recommended.  Even in the initial diagnostic paperwork it does not list "replace transmission " as a recommendation. In fact it appears that they just wanted my money and had no interest in helping me repair my car to acceptable standards where it could pass inspection. The only agreement that I think would be fair is a refund because my car is not drivable and I wasted my money because of ther dishonesty. In addition when they contacted my warranty they did not inform the rep that it needed a new transmission because I called and askEd them. In addition there rep Albert suggested I cancel my warranty saying it wasn't could cause it wouldn't cover the cost of repairs
