As previously stated, [redacted]' complaint should be filed with her extended warranty company. However, in order to put this outstanding matter to rest we are willing to offer [redacted] a $150.00 credit towards future service, which must be redeemed at Plaza Kia.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

What they just offered me is an insult, I'm not ever taking my vehicle back to that crooked gravy shop, even if my vehicle breaks down in front of their shop; I'll instead have it towed to honorable located before I let them gravy me again. Its unethical!
They held my vehicle for 25 days. They replaced a warranty part without my authorization, and pressured me to pay. I'm not taking this issue up with my Extending Warranty because they clearly stated they never authorized this part to be replaced by them because it was under warranty by another shop! They need to fire everyone that runs that place, starting with the manager, supervisor and hire a new staff, monkey business eventually gets run to the ground.
I took this complaint to DMV, its a matter of time they will respond to my complaint letter and have this shop investigated.
If they are not going to compensate me for my losses,  I'll see them in court!

We are sorry to learn of [redacted] troubles with her Acura recall. However, her complaint is misdirected – and should rather be directed by [redacted] to Acura Corporate Headquarters. Acura of Brooklyn, as the dealer, has no control over Acura’s recall policies and requirements. In this case, we...

simply adhered to the regulations set forth by Acura. Additionally, there is nothing we can do about rental/loaner car policies (our own or another organization’s) which dictate who can legally drive rented/loaned vehicles.

[redacted] is scheduled to come to Plaza Auto Mall on Saturday August 6th 2016 and meet with a Manager to resolve this complaint.

[Your Answer Here]
My vehicle was not appraised by the dealership, I am not sure how the dealership would come up with an estimated value for my car. Since I was not moving forward with the purchase of the other vehicle, I was informed that a credit report will not be run and the consent form will be shredded.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:First of all, [redacted] says, "He clearly states that his and his wife's passports either had no pages nor not enough validity for the 10 year visa."  What I actually said was; "My passport was good until January 1, 2018, and had six blank pages plus two half pages left on it.  My wife's old passport was good through April 13, 2019 and had eleven blank pages and three half pages left on it."Priest goes on to say, "He distinguishes a "work" class visa (which as I stated in my previous email there is no such thing, the Work visa means that he lives in China either temporarily e.g. one year or greater), and the class of visa he got was a business class visa."No such thing as a work class visa?  I'd like to suggest that [redacted] go to the websites of the [redacted], the Embassy of the PRC in Washington, or the website of the US State Dept. There he will see clearly stated that there is in fact something called a "Work Class visa."  It's referred to as a Category Z Visa for "Foreigners who intend to work in China."  The visa stamped into my passport is a Z category visa.  There is no stipulation as to the length of time ("One year or greater"??)  FYI, a "Business class visa" is a "Category M" visa.Concerning passport requirements for both tourist (L) and work (Z) visas, please see the following:[redacted]
[redacted]  [redacted]
[redacted]
[redacted]The Chinese sites state that the only requirements are that the passport have "6 months validity" and "blank visa pages" (no stipulated number).  The State Department website says "six months validity and 2 blank pages."  [redacted] said we did not have sufficient pages in our passports when clearly we did, and he used that subterfuge to justify selling us new passports which we clearly did not need.[redacted]: "So again, where are his losses?  Where did I cost him $500 as he states?  He got a visa and he got new passports, both things he knew up front when he paid us and so no one did anything wrong or misreopresent anything in any way."  Yes we got what we paid for but we were sold something we did not need, based on information that was clearly and deliberately fraudulent.  Whether we pursue this in court remains to be seen.  But I definitely think the public should be made aware of [redacted]'s shady business practices.Sincerely,
[redacted]

We apologize for the delay in this matter, we still need more time locating information.

[redacted] picked up her vehicle this morning. We apologize that she was not able to reach an advisor last night.

The customer was issued a refund on 11/**/15 in the amount of $5,618.00.

Our Service manager contacted [redacted] and explained to her that the five year warranty is expired. [redacted] purchased a 2011 vehicle from Major World and was not notified of the effective date on the warranty. She was advised to come to our service department; we will inspect her...

vehicle and assist her with contacting her warranty administrator.

[I received this reSponse from...

Honda:[redacted]
[redacted]: I did not accept their offer and responded: "Good evening [redacted],      Thank you for your response. Thank you also for your offer of the gift card but I will have to decline that offer for various reasons: 1. I did not pay with a gift card and I am sure this gift card would have to be used at Honda.2. I did not pay $1003. I was told the charge was for the diagnostic, not for disconnecting the alarm. In fact, to further expound, I was told about the charge and then when I asked what the alternative was, I was then told they could disconnect the alarm. The charge came before the offer of disconnection. 4. I feel that your company can do better by their customers, by offering honest service and taking responsibility for errors made. I came back to Honda because I purchased my car there and hoped to get good customer service and to get the problem taken care of. I now have a car with no alarm because your workers could not diagnose the problem, something they are supposed to be able to do. And, when they couldn't diagnose the problem, they proceeded to charge me for their incompetency. I will leave this matter open with the Revdex.com and do hope that you understand my issues. It is my hope that you will get the correct information from the representative and do fairly by me, a loyal customer. I thank you in advance and hope you have a great evening/day. [redacted]
