I am rejecting this response because: The response includes information. An itemized receipt was not included in the packet. Perhaps it was supposed to have been there, but it wasn't. I did not receive one via email or on paper after specifically requesting one by phone. You can consider the complaint closed, but I will never use or recommend this business in the future.

Plaza Honda exchanged *** ***’s vehicle because she was unhappy with the first oneThis is not something that any dealership would typically do but we exchanged the vehicle for this customer as a special courtesyAfter taking the new vehicle she filed a complaint with Honda corporate regarding
a warranty that she claims she was unaware of and a $charge for installed wood trim on the interior of her vehicleThese items were both explained to this customer at the time of purchase, the warranty is clearly itemized on her contract which she reviewed and signedThe wood trim is visible in her vehicle and had an itemized price on the window of the vehicle at the time of purchaseAfter the complaint we invited her back to the showroom, we cancelled her warranty, and our Sales Manager went over the wood trim once again and she stated she was clear on the charge and the trim and thanked us for cancelling the warrantyAfter about a week she filed this new complaint with the Revdex.com regarding all same issues that were already resolved

This is incorrect I did agree to have the repairs done Howevermy car had miles they replaced the Motor for one that has without communicating this. the police became involved because I called them as they were trying to get over with the bill plus dollars when originally it was for the motor and for the labor why would anyone pay 5k for a motor that has more miles than the original my husband at the suggestion of the responding police officers stepped in and negotiated to pick up the car on the ** ** of September as we were leaving on the ** and would not be in NY til the ** ** and we have a receipt by them giving us til the ** ** of September so I don't know or understand why they would say the 10

There was no courtesyWhat happen is---- I had a check which I took from one of my retirement fund for down payment for my car purchaseFirst, the guy in finance said they would take it. After he learned that I was preapproved he said they do not take a third party check and I should put the check on my bank account and get the cashI asked what is going to happen to the car? He said, “I will allow you to drive the car home, and come back to conclude the sale within five business days”He said my bank approved me for zero down payments; I wanted to pay and finance the rest However, after I drove the car for a day I had to take it back base on what was going onNow, when I took the car back, the sale person introduces me to another guy who he said was his manager. This person begins yelling and screaming at me at the top of his voice, hence, I left the car where it was and went homeI went back not because I was invited but for the reason that I had paid for insurance and did not want to lose my money. I did not file a complaint with what they called cooperate or I did not know it was at the time What I did was, after calling Plaza Honda almost every day after I Left on December **, 2016, and no one answered or returned my call; I begin to call other sources, anyone, who will listen to this night mere I had gone through because I went to buy a car. I called Honda Care they were the one explained to me that I had made agreement with Honda Plaza and I have also a deductible each time the car is service base on warranty, I was shocked.It wasn’t a claim; I was simply asserting the facts to what had happenedThe sale person did not have a conversation with me and I did not see him while I was there, that day. The last time I had spoken to him was when I question him about these inflated prices and I called him with a different phone number because he would not answered or returned my call The person I spoke to was *** *** *** and that’s after I called Honda of America several timesHonda of America told t me at first to call MrE***; each time I called he was not in according to the person that answered the phoneI called Honda of America again, it was then that MrK*** Called me back; he told me he would cancelled (not talking it off because it was put on) the roadside assistanceI went in to see him but before he could take anything off he send a sale person to take pictures included mileage of my car.I asked him about the other prices he told me he did not see anything additional except charges for extra features on my car He then took me over to a SUV, open the door, and showed me the interior for comparison to the difference between carsI told him I wish I had been told about additional features on my car, he stared at me said nothingI left knowing I was back to where I started.The total price with tax for this warranty for six years was $2,how they arrived at the $2,I don’t knowHonda care was willing to take this off and refund the money to lower my car loanHowever I will have to fill out a form stating that I am cancelingI asked why, I was told this is the way it’s done. I was also told I cannot apply for this service in the futureThis is a new car, Honda Civic Hatchback with years 36,miles warranty, plus years miles powertrain warranty (limited) and twenty four hours road side assistant for years base on miles and there are more warrantiesI don’t know anyone that would walked into a car dealer and said, “Sell me your car at the MRSP price, plus I need you to put an extra roadside assistance, and extra trimmings; especially when your car is new, and I was also working with the money I was approved forI certainly did not.At the time of purchase there was no visible itemization, and I did not even know about this $until I saw it in this emailI look at the contract and I don’t see an itemization of $eitherThere was one tag on that car, a tag with the MRSP, features, and destination handling fees which I have in my possessionI took it after I asked the sale guy to tell me about the car and he didn’tI took this to educate myself about the detail of the carHad there been any other tag I would have seen it, there was none.As I stated previously, the sale rep left for a while and came back with a package which he said I shouldn’t touch as he want everything to be there for the finance guyWhen I went the finance department my contract was already been printed, I was just told to sign.This issue is not been resolved, and I did not ask for extras on my contractI would like Plaza Honda to take off everything they put on my contractI am the one left to pay this inflated loan even if it’s a dollar.ur Answer Here]

I agree with the idea I that be issued at least a partial refund if I cannot get get a full refundHowever, I think I am entitled to a larger refundThe fact remains that I was mislead by this business and essentially conned out of bucksOnce again the person I dealt with ensured me that my transmission did not need replacing following the initial diagnosticThis statement should never have been made to me, because I would not have invested money in repairing the car if I knew it had this major issueI should have at least been advised that the flush could possibly not workIt was never told to me that there was a possibility that the course of action taken could be unsuccessfulI am not an expert on cars and took it to a Toyota Service center because I assumed this would be the best place to get repairs and an honest diagnosis of my cars condition Unfortunately that was not my experience.

Honda Plaza did me no favors in accommodating, what I had is sleepless nights going there, knowing I been rob Any trim in the car is from the manufacturer; in any event a trim had been installed in the car I should be informed before the buying purchaseI am pretty sure I had asked Dexter T*** the sale rep to tell me about the car, he didn’t and left where I was, the next time saw him was with the package that I shouldn’t touch, this was not mentioned either in the finance department by Kevin W***Had I been told, then and there I would make an educated decision about the car.They are nothing more than a bunch of crooks that lurks around this car dealer ship, looking for someone unsuspected like me who did not understand the car buying processInstead of having someone assist me I been literally rod with inflated prices and having my credit run without my consentTwo weeks later I got a mail from *** *** stating that I had apply for a car loan, I didn’t I went there pre-approvedI don’t understand why it is so hard to do the right thing by returning back my money to the bank for my loanThis is the same behavior that led me to call Honda of America to assist me that’s when my was returnedI would like Plaza Honda to return my money, because it seems like this might go to court

I nvr had tgis kind of behaviour.I am a cool calm guy...but these guys they nvr cooperate the customers..they never listen to u.......my car was ready to go bit still I had to wait for an hour for my car just because of a car standing infront of my car and nobody was there to move my car bcz every body was talking to each others......I nvr complain about anything but this time I did just because it was getting tooooo over....these guys never listened to m3....I used to drive my car for days a week hours every day....so how can they say that j am stupid if they will try the shock and spring fault im the smoooth road then what do you think that car will still vibrate on the smooth rioad!!!!no....*** and *** *** roads are one of the smoothedt roads in the brooklyn ..all I was asking them was to go to atleast their miles circles towards coney islad ave and ave m ...but they were not even listening to me

The original costs for repairs was $5,This did not include rental feesAn agreement was made for $3,if she came to pick up and pay for her vehicle no later than September *** (later rescheduled to September ***)*** *** did not come to pick up her vehicle or pay until early November, 6+ weeks after the terms of her agreementAt that point, her repair costs reverted back to $5,plus the cost of her rental

Like most dealerships, Plaza Honda’s advertised prices do not include fees or taxes*** *** did not purchase a car from usWe are unsure what specific resolution he is seeking and respectfully request that this complaint be closed as information only

We are sorry that *** *** was unhappy with his service experienceThe client was directed to his Service Advisor on multiple occasions, as he was confrontational and acting abusively to our Service ManagerHis Accord was inspected thoroughly and there was no damage to the suspension and no

HiThe dealer had sold me insurance and never explained that the insurance will become for sale to another financial institution. I would have never new that they have scammed me if I were not ready to cancel the insurance. Insurance salesman and car sales man never explained that it will be part of a leasing agreement. And I still have the leasing agreement for 200 dollars. And they did not ask me to disregard. I have a contract for the lease for 200 dollars only. They scammed me by adding the insurance and became a leasing agreement.
