This company contacted me at my place of employment requesting verification of employment and trying to verify personal information for a "financial institution". They could not give the me the name of the "financial institution" or any information for that matter. I will not give any personal information over the phone to ANYONE! I did not apply for any loans and they do not need my personal information for ANY REASON! And they do not need to be harassing me at my place of employment.

After calling this place to find out why they called my place of employment and were asking personal questions about me, the lady was very rude and refused to give me any information. Once I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager m, I was told to just leave a message. I just wanted to know why they are trying to find out all my personal information. Thanks

Business called my past employer and had wanted to verify that I still worked there and also gave the last 4 of my social security through a voicemail. She had called twice and left the same voicemail to my last employer and I had gotten notice from them that they are giving my last ss number out. They need to stop before they have legal proceedings brought into them from last employer and myself for a violation of privacy rights.

This company has called a previous employeer and asked to verify employment. I haven't worked there in over a year. I've not filled out anything with that companies name as it was not even the legal name of the company so it is odd they would have that info. The previous employeer asked that they not be contacted.

My employer received a random fax from this company asking to verify my employment. I do not know what this is for, I have not applied for an job or loan where this would be needed. I tried to reach out to this company to ask them what this was for and they could not tell me.

This business contacted my last employer and were asking if I still work at the establishment and they were trying to Phish g for social security number information from my former manager. She was very troubled by the pushiness of the caller and how they would not answer any of her questions so she refused. Proper employment verification is always done by fax and never over the telephone with a random caller with all the fraud present today. She was troubled and I am, too. I wasn't there for obvious reasons because I no longer work at the location but thankfully she and I have a friendship so she called me immediately.

I submitted a complaint back in November 2018 about this group calling a place of business wanting to verify my employment and the last 4 of my social security number which is highly unprofessional. That case # was XXXXXXXX. The manager that answered refused to answer any of the personal questions the caller was asking and explained employee verification info needed to be collected via our employment verification within our HR department and NOT at the local level. She felt like it was someone trying to scam or commit fraud. After I did some research, I saw this company is notorious for committing these unprofessional business tactics. RNN Group responded back to my case with this answer: "Thank you for communicating through the Revdex.com. You will receive no further contact from RNN. Your employer will not receive any further contact from RNN regarding your employment." Well what do you know...it is only 5 months later - April 2019 and guess who got a call today from the phone number XXX-XXX-XXXX in Covington, GA? The same place of business. And guess whose phone number that is? RNN GROUP! They asked to speak to a manager and began asking the manager about my employment, ssn and if they could use her as a reference. The caller refused to answer what the phone call was in regards to. The manager casually answered their initial question AND AGAIN told the pushy caller that she was not privy to discuss any personal info like that over the telephone that our HR department needed to be contacted for employee verification! Why are you guys calling AGAIN after saying 5 months ago that you WOULD NOT CALL AGAIN'! Especially when I have never been contacted directly? Did you guys not say in my last case complaint that no further contact would be made'! Especially when I have no idea what this in regards to? Are you guys a fraud company that commits scams on the daily'! That is what this sounds like to me!

We sometimes have multiple client sending us the same consumer data to verify, so most likely happened on your account. Please email or call per below so that we can promptly send you the client information associated with your account. We have federal government and commercial clients.
RNN Group is an INC Fastest Growing Company, in business for 7 years. We provide employment verification services where as our customers upload consumer ID and employer information to us, and we are contracted only to contact the employer to confirm if the consumer is still currently and actively employed. Note we do not request payroll information, simply a yes or no for our clients.
Our representatives are trained to contact employer HR or Payroll up to 3 attempts and are provided the consumer information (SSN and DOB) in which to verify and assure we have the correct person and 2) the employer information in which to contact.
Our representatives are provided the consumer and employer information and set up in a secure system to make up to 3 attempts to verify employment.
They work from an approved script and we listen to approx. 25% of their recordings each night to make sure they are professional.
For your security, we do not provide our agents access to our client name. In the event the consumer wants the name of the customer in which we are calling on behalf of, our agents process:
1. Confirm you are the consumer in scope
2. Provide you an ID Number from our system to access your account (see options for accessing our client name on your account below

RNN Group called my place of employment for employment verification on Tuesday and called back on work phone on Thursday. I called the number back to see what this was in reference too. I could not leave a message, the call would hang up after delivering the message to leave a voice mail.
Other (requires explanation) To find out what this is in reference too. I don't know any RRN Group. If this business is going to do employment verification then they also should be able to be reached. This business makes a person think this is a sham. Please do not contact my employer again without being able to reach and verify the business and the reason for contacting.

I have received multiple calls from this company to my employer asking to verify my employment. I have NEVER applied for any kind of loan, Credit card etc.. They would not give me any information but somehow how my name and contact information for my employer. When you call back the companies number you only get "rejected calls". This is CLEARY some type of scam.

I received an unsolicited call from this company asking me to verify my personal employment status with a previous employer. I decided not to call them back after reading the other complaints listed on the site. I have not applied for any loans or jobs which would require this company to need to verify past employers of mine.

I've informed *** and *** to stop calling my previous employer - I've emailed *** asking for the information on the reason for the harassing phone calls. They insist it's for employment verification - haven't worked for company in years - and am not looking for a new position - I've obtained an Attorney to fight this company. I have my cell phone request - written/notarized documents from my previous employer informing RNN they will not divulge any personal information and to stop calling. Yet *** and *** continue to make harassing phone calls and even emails to the business Customer Service Department - this company must think I as a consumer won't follow through with ensuring the harassment stops = Already contacted the Attorney Generals Office and Consumer Protection Agency.

This company repeatedly contacts my employer to verify employment. They have called a few times but do not leave a call back number. I was finally able to obtain a callback number via caller id since they called MY BOSS! They want to verify employment but do not even have the correct Social Security number. I called the number on caller id and they refused to provide any information. A quick google search shows this company to be a data collection company. They need to stop harassing my place of business and myself.

Why did you not state this to my employer when you called to request my full social security number from my employer? Also are you willing to disclose the client for whom you are working in seeking this information?

I receive phone calls from this group, with having all my personal and financial information to verify employment for a third party which they refuse to specify the information,and refuse to five any reasons for their calls, do not get a supervisor for me when I ask for one, they only give me a website address to complain to, which no phone number listed, but to enter more personal information in order to request a phone call from them, or to even get information about who they are. I have not applied for any jobs, loans or any credit. They are total stranger as there is no phone number listed to contact them, I have tried calling a number that I found online by searching, but there is never an answer to my calls, only a voicemail that again asking for personal information to be mentioned on an answering machine to receive a call back from them, very strange.

Faxed place of business wanting info. RED FLAG Called from # rang and rang went to voice mail. Called from cell right to voice mail. With in seconds they called place of business stating they were screening there calls. Got on phone wanted info I asked for what and what company. They couldent tell me anything unless I gave them my info. They stated other companys use them for contacting people. Again asking for info. I told them they had a refrense number on fax paper. Keep saying they needed my info before giving me anything.. Nope not doing it..After hanging up they called back again within 15 to 20 min. asking about address of company..YES YOU ARE A SCAM AND YOU COULDENT HARDLY SPEAK ENGLISH.. RED FLAG RIGHT THERE..
