This company has rudely called my employer twice and provided my SS number to verify employment. Who else are they sending my ss# to?

This company contacted my Job to verify my employment. I do not give out my personal information to ANYONE. They should not be harassing me at my place of employment. I do not know who they are and why they are contacting my employer. Why do they need my personal information? I have never heard of this company nor do I have any idea what they do. I want them to stop contacting me and contacting my employer.

WHOEVER THIS COMPANY IS, THEY ARE CONTINUSLY HARRASSING ME AT MY JOB, THEY HAVE CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES ASKING FOR MY SOCIAL AND VERIFICATION OF EMPLOYMENT. I HAVE NO IDEA WHO THEY ARE AND WHY THEY ARE CALLING AND WHEN THE HR MANAGER ASKS WHAT IT IS IN REFERENCE TO, THEY DO NOT GIVE ANY DETAILS, IN FACT THEY WENT AS FAR AS TOLD HER MY OB AND SOCIAL HOWEVER IT WAS INCORRECT! THEY ARE CAUSING MAJOR ISSUES FOR ME AT WORK, THESE REPS ARE VERY RUDE AND ARE BOMBARDING THE RECEPTIONIST WITH MULTPLIE CALLS THROUGHOUT THE DAY.

This company called my place of employment stating they were verifying my employment for use with a financial institution. I did some research and found an executive office phone number. When I call a man picked up did not identify the company in any way, and when asked stated he was the COO of RNN Group. When I asked what they did he said they were part of the department of education and collected information for debts with the departments as well as the IRS. I stated that his company has violated numerous federal laws and unless he gave me the information as to who his company was verifying for and what the matter inteled to I would file a lawsuit. He immediately hung up the phone. An attempt to call back was met with a cell phone voicemail that stated a completely different number than I called. This company has violated numerous fair credit act laws just with me alone.

My place of employment received a call from this company asking to speak to HR dept to verify employment but the name given to verify was my maiden name I haven't went by in over 7 years and had a bankruptcy filed under so I'm not sure what debt this company would be trying to collect and I haven't received any notices via mail from this company before my employer was contacted so I'm not sure why this company would be calling to verify information on me.

RNN Group repeatedly calls and e-mails to the point of harassment looking for employee verification and information and will not state the reason. I just received 4 calls within 5 minutes and this was followed up with an e-mail. This is after several calls over the last few days when they were told we are not giving out any employee information.

This business called my employer to see if I am employed and then they send a fax that everyone could see with my last married name that I have not had in over 5 years and also had the last 4 digits of my social security number on this fax asking my business to fill out if I am employed, how many hours do I work, employer number, company payroll address, company FEIN number. I do not appreciate them calling my job and faxing paper work to the business with my last 4 digits of my social number that everyone could see and also wrong last name. They are violating my privacy. I called to see what they want they said they are a company that verify information for financial institutions. She couldn't give me who they verifying for and told me my agent is Daniel R Extension # ***. Left a message no call back. Tried calling again and that extension does not exist. Called the phone number twice again to talk to someone it tells me no one a available leave a message then it goes to a busy signal and hangs up can't leave a message. Please tell this company to leave me and my employer alone. They can call me personally if they need to talk.

This place has called and harrassed my place of employment to verify employment. They have gone as far as to fax a paper to verify. I have no idea who they are and why they are doing this. From what I'm reading, it is not a safe company

This company had called my work and personal cell asking for employment verification and I have not authorized anyone for employement verfication so not sure why they were calling. They knew the company I worked for and asked to verify my ssn. The customer service person could not answer as to who they were calling for other than that they were a 3rd party company hired to verify employement but she did refer me to go to their website at www.rnngroup.com for contact information, which they don't have any numbers there except to email them. I called again to talk to someone but they never picked up the phone. Their phone number is 470-205-4014. The extention # they gave is 712 and her name is Deborah.

This company contacted my offices to verify my employment. When I asked what this was in regards to they did not give me an answer. I politely asked them to not contact my place of employment. Do not know who they are and why they are contacting my employer.

My former employer contacted me saying that someone from this company has been calling and faxing them asking for employment verification. I am no longer employed by that company. please stop contacting them so they can stop contacting me. If you need verification, contact me directly so you can get the information you need. Thank you.

This company constantly harasses my place of employment, SOMEHOW procuring my social security number, to ask the nature of my employment and that they are "verifying employment." It is absolute harassment as I have never dealt with this company, nor have any outstanding matters. I plan on taking serious legal action as I've already contacted attorneys to look into them, so as to not let this vicious, repetitive cycle happen to others.

I have no idea who this company is but they keep on calling my company requesting my social security number and other personal information.

If they attempt this again I will contact the authorities. I take identity theft seriously

using my private information to solicit information from third parties.

This place keeps calling my work and faxing papers wanting to verify my employment and wanting my ssn. They are a scam.

RNN GROUP CALLED MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT TO VERIFY MY EMPLOYMENT AND I ANSWER THE PHONES. THE GIRL ACTUALLY READ MY LAST 4 DIGITS OF SS# LIKE IT WAS NOTHING. I DON'T OWE ANYONE MONEY AND THERE IS NO NEED TO CONTACT MY JOB. I WAS GIVEN A REF # AND TOLD TO GO TO RNNGROUP.COM TO FIND OUT WHO WAS TRYING TO VERIFY MY EMPLOYMENT AND ONCE I GOT ONTO TO THE HOME PAGE, THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NOWHERE TO PUT THIS REF # IN. LIES! I AM SO SICK OF SCAMS AND PEOPLE THINKING THEY CAN CALL YOUR EMPLOYER AND INTIMIDATE YOU. GROW UP AND GET A REAL JOB.

Business called and emailed my employer and had wanted to verify that I still worked there and also gave the last 4 of my social security through a voicemail. She had called twice and left the same voicemail to my last employer and I had gotten notice from them that they are giving my last ss number out. They need to stop before they have legal proceedings brought into them from last employer and myself for a violation of privacy rights.

RNN Group call my place of employment today to verify my employment and gave the last for digits of my ss #. My co worker answered and verify the information ask from RNN Group. My co worker did not ask for any information as to who they were and the nature of the call. I do not know who, how or why this company has my information and should not be contacting my place of employment nor giving out my ss #. I have not had any contact with this company previous today.

Company called my cell phone requesting that I verify personal information, including social security number but stated that they did not know as to the reason for their call, could not provide the name of the company that was calling or why they needed the information verified. Upon refusal to provide personally indentifing information the employee abruptly hung up. This company has now also contacted a previous employer, that I haven't worked for in over 7 years requesting employment and personal information, again including my social security number. I have not applied for any new jobs, loans or services that should require that any personal, private, identifiable and/or secure information be requested and/or verified; especially to a company that will not identifiable itself when contacting myself directly. The only reason why I even know that it was RNN Group was because they provided their contact information to my previous employer in which my previous employer provided to me in an email stating, "...We had received a verification request for you from RNN Group..." And continued on, "...you can contact them their phone number is: 470-205-4014 and email address is: [email protected]. They required personal identifiable information, including social security number(s), but did not provide reasoning for this request. We won't complete it unless you let us know and send a signed authorization..."

This business contacted my job with an employment status request. When I called them I was sent to my representative. She did not answer the phone and I left a message and was never contacted back. When I called again and finally got ahold of her she had to search for me account (she could not find it) then told me that my account was closed and to not worry about it. She then called me back 3 mins later and asked me my information again and said that I need to go on the website and make an information inquiry. So I did, and I NEVER received a response from the company, I called back again and asked to speak to a manager or someone in charge. The lady on the phone tried very hard not to send me to a manager but I demanded it. I finally spoke to a manger who told that she could not tell me any information but she spoke to their client and they would contact me. I received no contact from anyone! She wanted more information out of me and I refused. I sent another information inquiry and am going to try calling another number today. I was so done with this company and their crap.
