This company is repeatedly sending Employment Verification, that includes the last four digits of my SSN, to a business through a public fax. That business contacted me and the fax they are sending looks fraudulent and shouldn't be sent!They have not been given consent to solicit information about me or provide information about me to random businesses. If they need any information from me they can contact me via email or mail not my employer! Called the number that I was given by the business and they informed me they can't disclose who hired them to get my information or what type of account it is! If this does not stop, I will seek legal action. This is borderline harassment!
Please stop contacting my employer! Email or send me documentation through the mail. I will work with them directly, not through my employment.

Calling a place I may have worked at in the past, wanting to verify employment.
Someone called a number wanting to verify my employment. Fortunately I was told about this as they faxed a form over with my SS number on it! The person informed me that they were asked a couple of times who they were and why they were wanting to verify employment and was told that they would not and could not do that. DO NOT CALL a business/medical facility and bog down their phones when calls should be reserved for patients of that office! If you need to contact that person then do so by mail or call their number direct and leave a message! If it's for a bill collection, or representing a bill collector, then again contact the person direct..don't call an office and try to get personal information nor share it! I have a number with a name attached to the call ..should I call that person? I see all the complaints, try going about it without calling places people may be employed at and causing issues! Do you think things will get better by having people lose their jobs? Myself; I have a close family member that has terminal cancer that it my concern, now I have to track down something here? Tell me WHO is wanting this info and WHY and perhaps I'll give them a call and try to get it resolved. Try to remember while you're passing peoples personal info to places that you don't even know if they are still at, that you are causing harm. I have NO MONEY as everything I do is concerning trying to help my family member have a good quality of life in the time left. Have a heart and stop harassing current or former employers without trying to contact the person themselves first. Thanks for this....hope the witch hunt you go on makes you feel good. I wonder how many people lose their jobs because of your calls to employers. Again; contact the person direct or give an indication of WHY you are calling that can be passed on. If a bill collector is having you be the "witch hunters"...perhaps they should contact the person first. Hope you all are making great money costing many their jobs and violating their privacy by putting names and "XXX'd" out partial SS numbers out there for anyone to get ahold of. EMAIL ME and tell me WHO is wanting that information and WHY. This company faxed a document to my employer asking the office for employement information, thanksfully they did not respond because the informtaion on the fax looks fradulant and I didn't give consent. This document has old information and provides a social security number. This should be ilegal this company should be investigated.

A rep from this company called my work asking the delivery manager to verify my ssn and dob.
Company called my work to get personal information. This jeopardizes my employment. They did not ask for human resources and instead asked for a peer in another department. They harassed them for my ssn and dob. I happened to be sitting right there and got on the phone. Person would not tell me why they were calling. I demand that they stop contacting my place of employment in all forms. No emails, calls or faxes. Do not call anyone for my personal information. This is harassment!

1/14/19 This company called my employer requesting verification of employment and other information that HR did not feel comfortable releasing without my consent, because the caller would not give a reason for the request. This causes me worry because of recent problems with fraud on my credit card, as well as potential embarrassment that someone I don't know is asking for personal information without a reason. If you need information from me, contact me personally, not my employer. I did not give my consent to release any information.
The resolution I am seeking is: do not contact my employer again. Do not contact my employer, family, or anyone else but me if you think you need personal information about me. It seems very shady to call to request personal information without giving a reason or without first obtaining my consent. Please don't do it again.

The phone # provided XXX-XXX-XXXX doesn't work (gives disconnected signal)... the ONE time I actually got through (a couple of days ago) and pressed '2' to speak with an agent as prompted on the company's response an automated message informed that they were "all busy assisting other calls" and to try back another time.
I refuse to send an email as I do not trust them with my information.

Got a voice mail from one of the agents who requested me to call back in order to receive information on the client, however I've made numerous attempts to reach out to RNN at different hours of the day and it's the same issue -> the '2' option rings until the automated message answers with "All agent busy... try again later" and don't even have the option to dial an extension # (which was provided on the voice mail). So reaching out to them is useless.

RNN Group keeps contacting my employer for verification however I have not applied to any companies that uses this group form employment purposes.
RNN Group has contacted my employers on several different occasions via telephone and fax to verify my employment. However, when asked what it was pertaining to no one is able to answer. My place of employment is a small business and therefore was concerned. I have attempted to contact this company for information on the nature of verification of my employment as I am in touch with my bill collectors personally. I would like my name all personal information removed from this call center XXX-XXX-XXXX Gabrille Trice called and spoke with my manager who has since checked into the number she called from and informed me that this some sort of scam. This type of behavior could cost me and others like me our jobs. If this was a true collection agency, I would think they would make some sort of contact with me first as it is against the law in South Carolina to contact a person at their place of employment if you were not granted permission beforehand.
I wish to be removed from their data base and for them to not contact my place of employment, family, friends or associates in the future. This is very unprofessional and the person on the other end of the phone doesn't speak clearly enough according to my manager. Again, when asked he wasn't given any information other then them wanting to verify my employment.

This company has called and faxed requesting employment verification on myself. When I called to ask why no one seems to have an answer. They are giving out my ssn to whoever answers the phone and are using a last name that I haven't legally used in more than 5 years.
