There are over draft fees for items that there were sufficient funds for at the end of the business day on November 7th The online system told me and still is telling me on November 7th and 8th, that I had sufficient funds of $If it is showing me that my sufficient funds at the end of the business day to cover the transactions that posted to my account for that day, how am I being charged an overdraft fee for it? How is money being taken from me when it hasn't even been posted to my account yet it is just a pending transaction? Also when I called about this problem, the customer service lady seemed like she was trying to get me to say certain things to contradict what I was saying since it was a recorded phone callThe call was made on November 8th

On 10/19/I stopped at my local branch at Brooklyn Park, with whom I have been a customer for years, to request putting a stop to a recurring auto-draft by a vendor with whom I'm having a disputeThis is the first time ever I have had a dispute with a vendorThe only question the teller asked me was what the future amount drafted will be as the bank can only stop it if the amount matches what I specified He then assisted me in filling out a Recurring Stop Payment Request form, and I wrote down in places the exact recurring amountsof $Otherwise he ensured me it is doable

Their new on line banking is very confusing in seeing when transactions are postedDoes not show a balance when a transaction is posted or what order they are posted (credits are always posted before deposits so overdraft fees can be charged.) I had filed a dispute with the bank last weekI was told it would take 5-business days to complete the investigation and give me my money backI was told when I called last Thursday, that it was denied and to dispute that go to the branchThen I was told by another representative to call the merchant directlyThen when I went to the branch I was told the money was returned but it's still not in the accountAll the call center representatives have been sending me in circles, and giving me an attitude

I have complained about this before being that TCF National Bank closed several locations in the Joliet, IL area, I have to deposit cash into an ATM and usually that deposit posts the same day except when you are in negative then they don't post it the same day they wait for the next day so they can charge you all these insufficient funds fees of $each which is completely ridiculous and when you call them they at not willing to work with you or help you resolve the issueI know I am not the only one that they have done this toAfter I get this resolved I am going to switch banks cause I'm tired of their excuses and bad customer service

As of the first of December 2016, TCF took $dollars worth of charges from my account I am not disputing this However, as of the 15th of this month, they will not honor any charges to my account even though they say they know I am approved for them and that I can cover them On one hand, they go overboard letting anything and everything go through so they can charge their fees The next week they decide nothing can go through even though they know I am good for the money I am very troubled by their inconsistent practices I live on a fixed income and therefore sometimes have to go in the red to pay my bills on time I don't understand how they can be so over the top one week, then extremely inflexible the next This last time, I did not complain about their charges, but when I asked for a little leeway to pay two bills yesterday, I was told they could not do anything about it I then explained to them that as of next Wed the 21st, I would have $in my account to pay

TCF accepted a check dated 9-01-from a *** ***! He is estranged son who, stayed with me for short time! He had his VA check mailed at my home address of *** *** and, signed and, deposited his check without my permission or signature! I am elderly women of seventy three years old and, I have suffered two two strokes within several years! TCF bank should of never accepted the check based on the fact that, it does not have my name on the check nor, my signature! I really need them to push the protest through back to the treasury as they stated they will do sooner than, later! I have no way to pay my bills! This has caused a severe hardship because, my bills comes out automatic from my account!
