I have been dealing with RockAuto for many years, now. Delivery is prompt and quality and price are exceptional. Even with delivery charges, they beat the locals. I have never had to return a product for quality. There has never been an error in shipment.

My 1995 Honda Accord was a total loss but I was able to buy it back from the insurance company. RockAuto made this all possible due to them having all the parts I would need to put the Honda back togeather again. ROCKAUTO ROCKS!!!!

I have ordered from Rock Auto for years. I have always received exactly what I ordered in a timely fashion. Just watch their shipping costs. They ship from multiple warehouses. If you ordered is shipped from more then one warehouse then multiple shipping charges are incurred. Usually you can work around this if you are not too brand specific.

You don´t get any faster and better service than from Rock Auto, I have bought many parts for my Cadillac 89, Buick 91 and Buick Le Sabre 93, and always got the right parts in no time and for very good prices.

They've always had the right parts for my vehicles and they're cheaper. I'm not that happy with their return policy though because sometimes the shipping is more exspensive than the item you're retuning and you are responsible for that.
