Review: I ordered a throttle position sensor and received the wrong part, the box that the part came in was accidentlly thrown away. When I contacted RockAuto they informed us that without the box I couldnt get our money back. I tried sending back just the part and they sent it back to me. The part was $285.34. I would gladly try to resend the part back to them. I have tried to call them 3-4 different times and talk to a supervisor about this and was informed that their supervisors dont speak to people.

We're sorry this customer received an

incorrect part. We were ready to accept his return for a full refund.

However, the customer threw away the part box. Our Policies

page explains that, just like for other retailers, returns must be in

their original manufacturer part boxes. Without the box, the part is

not returnable since it helps identify the part. Without that box,

the part can not be resold or returned to the manufacturer.The final representative the customer

spoke to was a supervisor, who explained that transferring the call

to yet another supervisor would not result in a different answer.

I have been using rock auto for a few years now and I can actually say I have never had bad service from them. Even when I called them to check on a part their customer service was very helpful. I recommend them to anyone looking to get parts for their vehicles.

My 1995 Honda Accord was a total loss but I was able to buy it back from the insurance company. RockAuto made this all possible due to them having all the parts I would need to put the Honda back togeather again. ROCKAUTO ROCKS!!!!

I have been dealing with RockAuto for many years, now. Delivery is prompt and quality and price are exceptional. Even with delivery charges, they beat the locals. I have never had to return a product for quality. There has never been an error in shipment.

Online catalog was very easy to use with all parts for vehicle available for easy selection.

Great prices and service

You don´t get any faster and better service than from Rock Auto, I have bought many parts for my Cadillac 89, Buick 91 and Buick Le Sabre 93, and always got the right parts in no time and for very good prices.

I have used rock auto multiple times and I love it. Almost my whole car is rebuilt using parts from focl auto amd it has honestly saved me hundreds of not thousands of dollars.

Rock Auto is awesome. Excellent shipping and parts are exactly what I needed. You can usually find parts you can't find in most local "Auto Parts" stores. Prices can't be beat either.

Needed replacement headlight assemblies for my truck. Rock Auto had what I needed and at a reasonable price. Fast service had with in a week. Had one after a week develop moisture in head light customer service helped with getting my head light replaced.

If I could give NO stars I would. We previously purchase a turn signal indicator and it was broken and used when it arrived. Since we were able to return it and get a refund, we decided to give them another try. MISTAKE. Not only did they charge my credit card twos BEFORE they actually shipped the parts, the customer service representative was beyond rude and refused to contact the USPS to determine where the part was. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that none were in and would have to return my call. When the supervisor returned my call, she told me that she only apologized IF her employee was rude. She indicated that since it was a he said/she said situation, she would not apologize for her employee's poor customer service. Basically, she called me a liar. Therefore, I will not recommend or use RockAuto ever again. Not even if they are the last parts provider on the planet.

I have had a lot of dealings with Rock Auto and, never a problem. Shipping times have always been good. No problems with the items I bought. Recommended RA to several people and they were impressed by the money saved.
