I have been using rock auto for a few years now and I can actually say I have never had bad service from them. Even when I called them to check on a part their customer service was very helpful. I recommend them to anyone looking to get parts for their vehicles.

No problem finding the part and it was almost 100.00 cheaper even with shipping.

The prices are pretty fair. Be careful when ordering Toyota Parts, like balljoints and front strut springs with manual transmission, because these particular parts has to be strictly Toyota parts. Front strut spring for a manual transmission is very different then an automatic transmission. I learned the hard way. Even the Toyota oil filter is of much better quality. So do your homework before ordering, especially if a Toyota vehicle ?? is involved.
The shipping prices are terrible too. Thank you.

excellent company to do business with. the prices can not be beat. products I have ordered are of good quality. I have ordered from rock auto several times already and am always satisfied. if I had one complaint it would be the shipping costs. some items I ordered, the shipping costs were much more then the cost of the items. it don't make sense to me, otherwise rock auto is great to deal with.
