my only criticism is that some of the photos could be a bit more explicit and larger as that would help when ordering parts for a car & model new to me.

I have used Rock Auto several times over several years. They have always been good at what they do. Only once out of a couple dozen orders have I received the wrong part. They were very helpful in rectifying the situation. It was not as convenient as a local store would have been to correct, but that is the downside to dealing with a mail order service compared to a local store.

I have used Rock Auto for my auto parts for 2 years and have never had issues with the service or parts. Return of cores is a little tricky but once I got the process down it became easier. They also let you print a return Fed Ex label for shipping core back right on the web site that has actually cost less than doing it myself.

I live in the uk (great britain) my 1996 suburban now has over 200,000 miles on the clock
and parts starting to need replacing as they wearing I found rock auto prices are lower than parts stores over here although I have to wait a little longer for delivery always very pleased with the service.

Rockauto has phenomenal selections and prices on small to large parts, reasonable shipping prices, and fast shipping. The same parts and brands offered at as much as half of local prices. We can usually wait 3 days at these savings. We love it.
