would you like to bring one of your representative to visit our island to open part of your business here, it is greatly needed, please think about it, you have our wants and needs.

One of the finest business that I have ever dealt with. Orders are perfectly filled and the transaction was easy. I have bought here before and will continue to do so.

Awesome savings on the same parts chain stores carry! Shipping is fast and accurate. Will shop here again.

When I can plan ahead for car repairs/maintenance, Rock Auto is my first choice for parts. They have a great selection (so far, every part I have looked for) and much better prices than the local auto part stores. Web site is easy to use and ordering is quick. Nice to go on line, order the parts, and have them delivered in time for weekend repairs.

They shipped a part with modifications that were not in the catalog and made the part completely unusable. So they offered to replace it, great right? Oh, well we need the old part first, which they never told me. As it is I'm STILL waiting for this part because they chose the 2 day shipping option from the post office which "is not a guarantee" and so it's taken me 4 days to get this new part and it still has not been delivered. So the part that I had to ship back they expect a good shipper like Fed Ex but the stuff they ship to me they use cheap shipping through the post service. Because of this I'm 3 WEEKS behind getting my car fixed. Do you know how hard it is to go 3 weeks without your car??

Customer service is not good. Ordered product, received wrong product, had to pay for return shipping and shipping to get correct part. The problem was on their end, yet did not accept responsibility to make the transaction right.

My second time ordering from from Rockauto, and they are the only ones that can provide me with thorough and complete information on the parts I want and need. needless to say that your parts are literally half the price of the local guys in town. I know they are just trying to make money, but im also trying to save money. you guys delivered my first purchase 3 days before it was due and that was awesome! hoping for this to happen again with my current purchase.

Review: Purchased a re-built alternator from Rockauto. After installing, discovered that the alternator was putting out too many volts which damaged the electrical system on the vehicle. Contacted Rockauto and was informed that they are not responsible for damage to vehicle. The representative on the phone would not assist me in contacting the manufacturer in an effort to recover some of the expenses, which could reach thousands of dollars. While trying to discuss the problem with Rockauto representative, they offered no help at all nor would not give me numbers for anyone else to contact. At that point Rockauto hung up the phone. I was courteous while on the phone and didn't deserve the attitude.

The alternator was returned for refund.Desired Settlement: I would like to have some sort of assistance with the cost of repairing the vehicle and/or an individual of some consequence calling to lend assistance.

RockAuto, prior to this complaint submission. As a gesture of

goodwill, we offered to reimburse the cost of installing the failed

part (calculated at $52 using manufacturer estimates of labor hours). Mr. [redacted] declined that offer.

RockAuto will not pay for parts he did not purchase from us or other

work done to his vehicle.

Great Site, Genius Catalog, easy to understand and use, Good prices for most parts.
Shipping seems too high, should consider smaller packaging for lower shipping price.
All in All, will buy again and recommend.

Parts ordered were correct and on time. Wish I would have found this place sooner. I trust Rockauto and have passed along their site to many others.
