I looked at the ticket online and you are asking me to return the items in a way that isn't possibleYou specify to not ship via DHL, which is the shipping method by which I can get a tracking numberThe regular mail option you require does not provide a tracking numberBoth methods cost more than the value of the items I'm returning, which makes me a very unhappy customerI would like a refund right away to resolve my issuePlease clarify how to do this.

I purchased items from rosegal.com on March 29, of the items arrived on April 8, All were either the wrong size or poorly constructed, some with seams unsewn and cut so badly that they were totally unwearable One item was shipped to me wadded into a ball and reeking of rancid body odr...ugh! Two weeks later the 6th item arrived I didn't even bother opening it I contacted the company and was informed that I could either keep their faulty products at half price or return them to China at my own expense and receive a credit toward future purchases I disputed the charge with Capital One (my credit card company and they immediately credited me and opened a case After faxing numerous pieces iof documentation and photos of these grossly substandard items I am now awaiting Capital One's decision, which I expect to be in my favor The company instructed me to lie and undervalue the goods when I returned them to Chinaso, I will be contacting US Customs to file an additional compaint against these disreputable merchants I am disabled and purchase online frequently I am ussually pleasantly surprised by the reputable service I receive Rosegal.com is the exception DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
