I received a form letter and Rosegal did not address anything about refunding fully to me the money I've spent, or me as a consumer not needing to return goods to CHINA from a company based in NYthey want to give me 20% refund and keep clothes that are sized completely too smallThis company must be a sham, I see all the complaints you have on themThank you*** ***

They are lying, I just logged in my Rosegal.com online account and there is no reply message to the "claim ticket" I submittedIf they want to resolve this they need to credit my card back and REPLY HERE that they have done so and provide some kind of confirmationOtherwise they will continue to lie, as I said my account does not even show an order being placed but my credit card clearly shows that Rosegal charged it

I ordered several items from *** on 12/* I received less than half the order last week I did not get any update from them as to where the rest of my order is, and their website shows my order as "shipped." I have tried contacting them via their website and also have tried calling their customer service number several times They have not responded to my tickets - they show as "processing" even though they say they will respond to all inquiries within hours The first inquiry was days ago When I call their customer service number, I get a recording that says there is no customer service member available to take my call and to please leave a message, but then it says the mailbox is full and I can't leave a message Their online chat representatives are also never available Aside from my missing items, the items I did receive look nothing like the pictures portrayed on their website Also, this charge showed on my bank statement as a company operating from England, and the items came from Singapore
