They sent me a response to attached photos of the clothing I have orderedI attempted to do that and wrote a response back and have not heard from them since 11/**/I am not sure the pictures I have attached even worked with their website, and asked them to contact me if they did not receive them

I purchased an item on Rosegal It took longer than represented for the item to arrive When it did finally arrive, it was sooo small (as in child sized) The quality was awful - looked like it belonged in a childs dress up trunk I immediately went on to the Rosegal website and requested to return the item No response Made a second request several weeks later No response The item was not what was represented Quality was shameful No response to return requestIts a total scam

I ordered from them and I got nt stuff in Jamaica in two weeks and their customer support team was awesomeI loved the overall experience

They also told me to check at the Post Office which I have been doingThey state a commitment to customer service for valued customers, but at this point, in my opinion, the items have been lost or damaged in transit so I would still like a refund

I've bought for Rosegal for the first time this Summer and I'm definetely going to buy from them againTheir products are really affordable, they have good quality, at least the ones I bought, a lot of options to choose from, and their costumer service is lovely: very attentive, kind and helpfulAlso, the measurements presented in the website are true to size, which is great, as long as you read the measurement charts in the description of the itemsThe shipping took about weeks to arrive (I'm from Portugal) and everything went very smoothly and there wans't any problem with my order
I see a lot of complaints here, but I really had no issue with Rosegal at all in this order
