They are not telling the truthThere is no ticket number because it never would let me submit a claimAll they send is a form to electronically fill out but there is no way to submit itNo email addressNo phone numberAnd it looked like they had a way of getting my passwords when I tried to fill it outMy passwords that no one knows came up in textThey are criminalsIdentity theirI looked at online reviews and many others are having the same experienceTotal scamIf they are leget they should send me the size I orderedThey sent an XS instead of a XLI only ordered that size because reviews said they run so smallThere is no size on the garnetIt's purposely doneJust to get my credit card informationThe form they want you to fill out is so complexThey want you to download pictures of the garnetThey were showing my files on my computer when I clicked on it.

I actually had to laugh when I received my[for a better word]WAD of garbage.First of all the packaging.WOW,literally a coat and a [what was suppose to be a]sweater.A tightly balled up wad of shipping bag material with shipping tape wrapped all around like a 2yr old did the wrapping.I ordered a 2x coat,which fits my reg size daughter in law.And the sweater was a material that I do not recognize.Not sure it was of "EARTHLY"origin.If so it must have been of a chemical origin because the chemical odor was so strong that I contumplated sending it through national security before opening it.ABSOLUTE worst quality material ive ever seen.Lesson Learned!!!!! Rosegal,you ganked me for 52.00.I will now be the spokes person that speaks out,LOUD and CLEAR,DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CRAP SHOP!!!!!!!!!!!!
