This website is a fraudThey advertise clothing that they do not have but rather sell you horribly made knock offs that hardly resemble anything like the clothingYou have to pay for a tracking number that is clearly a lieI tracked my package coming from hong kong to philadelphia to hawaii to china then to hawaii again and the package showed it came from NEW YORK!!!!! I ordered three things and only received twoBut the two I did get were 100% fakeThe images they use to advertise are stolen from all over, from other real clothing stores to fashion bloggers websitesThe return policy on their site is not what they go byThey will email you a totally different return policy if you contact themThey need to be stoppedgoogle "rose gal scam" and it's all over the internetDON'T BE FOOLEDDO NOT BUY FROM THEM

SCAM! DO NOT buy anything from this website, and honestly, I would like to see this site SHUT DOWN! I feel awful that the items I purchased were probably hand sewed together by a child in China:( The look of the website and models is so deceiving, it looks like a legit US company But it is not I paid for one item I never even received, another item is supposed to be a dress, but is a shirt, and the other item is very much for a child as well I'm sending my feedback to [redacted] and asking them to stop marketing this company as they are fraud

Product not as advertisedNot shipped in time promisedCompany not responding to email to return product I am convinced this company is a total scam

In order to have a successful experience with RoseGal you need to know a few things. 1. Before buying anything inspect the images well and look to see if the garment pictures dont look the same as the what the model is wearing if there is an image of a model. This lets you know your about to buy a reproduction so it wont be exactly the same. 2. Make sure you check the sizing information for each piece! These are Asian sizes and will be a lot smaller then what you're used to in North America. 3. Trust that you will get what you pay for.. If something is costing next to nothing is not going to be amazing quality. There are many higher end items on the site that cost what most clothes do. 4. If you choose the free shipping expect it to take months to arrive. If you purchase shipping it will come via DHL and arrive in days. Overall I've had all pleasant experiences with RoseGal because I know what I'm getting myself into.. You have to be a cautious and smart shopper when buying from discount sites! I just had another great experience with them and received my bathing suit a few days after ordering it and I'm really happy with the quality and price. It was exactly as shown in the images.

This company is a scam I ordered on 12***-close to $in products to be expedited free shipping to be received in 3-days and it's now 12-**-and still no package and I had an additional charge to my credit card without my authorizationThere is no way to get a hold of any one there via phone I've attempted to call their customer service several time to only get a busy signal
