The respond from hours fitness have been going on since early (see one sample since March 8, 2017), hours fitness said the same thing to that they will investigate but no solution was made only phone calls from general manager asking for the same information which I provided, but still no solution was solved

Yes I would like this to be sent to the company The resolution that I am seeking is the access to view the video footage of the incident with my child as well as specifics on the action taken on the child that attacked my child Will the child be suspended indefinitely or temporarily ?

To Whom It May Concern, I filed this complaint with Revdex.com on 11/09/2015, assigned ID is *** I signed a membership contract on 03/12/for the annual renewal fee should be $a year($to be debited per month from my checking account), but the fee keeps on increasing every year which is now $a year since 10/
My member number is ** *** After filing with Revdex.com, on 12/08/** *** *** called me and confirmed that my membership fee should not be increasing according my contractShe would refund me for the fee which has been overcharging up to November I should see my correct membership fee showing $per month from Dec and onShe also gave me her direct phone number to call her if my membership fee would not be correctly debitedI did receive a check for the overcharge a week later, but Hour Fitness continues charging my account for $instead of $per monthI keeps on calling the phone number *** *** ***, which she gave to me, / times every week to let her know that I am still being charged for the incorrect amountYou don't believe that *** *** never answered her phoneI had to leave several messages, but there is no adjustment made to change my fee back to $
Desired Resolution: Billing AdjustmentDesired Outcome: The next EFT will be on 04/15/I would like to ask *** to change my next debit amount to be $from April and on, as what I signed for, and she promised to adjust it for me on 12/08/

The business contacted me by phone to explain that they are unilaterally increasing the fees because:the properties need significant improvements that they plan to do at some point in the future2.the contract provides them the right to do so.My response to them was:the fee I'm paying was agreed for recordkeeping purposes, not for property repairsI agree that they may have the right to increase but not by 400% from one year to the next In sum, they are committing fraud per their own admitting that the charge is not for the purpose represented. I'm sure they have recordings of the call and employees that will confirm the above conversation to show how much they disregard their customer's concerns. They have since offering this package and feel it is too advantageous for disciplined people that go to the gym on a regular basis, so they want to kick us out of the system I have been doing business with the business for years and changing the arrangement in this manner is not fair I look forward to any help you can provide, as I'm sure I'm not the only one complaining about it (many posts in other websites have people raising the issue and feeling abused by a business that you feel deserves some undeserved rating!).
