For the time being I will keep the complaint 'active' since *** *** from called me saying he will issue $credit towards my renewal
I'd attached a screenshot of what's in the system today 04/30/
They increased annual renwal fee from $to $(they never sent a letter out but *** did mention that the rate will go up not sure why..)
Promised $was never applied toward $balance
The equipment was never fixed, just more machines are broken nowI'm not going to close the case untill I see posted credit and everything is fixed

As I mentioned, before, once the dispute with the credit card charge on -6-17-16(posted 6-20-16) is resolved and I receive the promised $refund from the first charges and the check clears the bank, then it will be resolvedMy credit card company has indicated that hour fitness, calrsbad CA in fact did summit the 3rd charge on 6-20-and they need days to resolve the issueUntil this happens, I cannot close out my complaintRegards,*** ***
