This is an unacceptable form letter responseI'd like to know specifically with a phone call from a 24-Hour senior-level person how this issue was resolved to ensure my personal safety and freedom from hrrassment that this situation causedIt was unacceptable on every level, but even worse was the manager's unacceptable response to the member's aggression on the day that it occurred.
