I never received this letter or email, I was told via phone that all members dues were being raisedThat is not true cause I have friend who still attend HrFitness and their dues have not been raised this is a fact, so for that matter I am not satisfied with this replyOnly thing they offered me was to pay higher rate or go to another gym other than 24hr fitness

I am responding before the expiration of the day Revdex.com(Revdex.com) response period because I haven't heard from hour Fitness by phone, text or e-mailWhen I called the Hour Fitness customer service line (800-432-6348) on Monday on 06/08/to find out if I could speak to anyone who handled Revdex.com Complaints, the lady who answered said that someone would have to call me back in to business daysI informed her that the days may fall outside the Revdex.com's day response time as I had received the Revdex.com request for a response on 06/05/15. The lady further informed me that a Hour Fitness rep had tried to reach me by phone on May 28thI found this assertion curious for a number of reasons: There was no evidence of missed phone calls from Fitness or some other anonymous party going back to April 4th, on the phone of record which is ***I checked all incoming, and especially missed calls going back to April 4th. There was no attempt to text me on that phone to alert me of Hour Fitness' attempt to reach me. The Hour Fitness business office has my e-mail *** but to date, they haven't tried to reach me via that parallel channel when, as they claim, they couldn't reach me on the phone.To date, it appears the complaint is not being treated with the seriousness Hour Fitness claims in their official response of recordI confirmed with the lady in their customer service department that the phone number I gave for the complaint, *** was still good, but I haven't heard back from anyone since Monday, and this is the last day I really should respond to the Revdex.com. So given what's gone on to date, I have to say that my complain #*** hasn't been satisfactorily resolved.Hope to hear from you.
