I spoke with a representative named *** from the corporate office who did not offer any type of resolution whatsoeverThe issue remains that a breach of contract was committed by more than doubling my yearly dues without my consentI am open to negotiationHowever, given the explanation hour fitnees provided me via ***, they are not willing to agree to lessor dues or willing to consider an alternative form of resolutionI am completely unsatisfied by the lack of customer service and unwillingness to negotiate a fair agreement.

In reference to complaint ID ***
regarding Hour Fitness and their continued charging for my step-son's cancelled membership
After contacting the Revdex.com, a representative of Hour Fitness reached out to me *** listened to my story, reviewed the history, and determined that my complaint was legitimate She then refunded the over-payment back to my credit card
She was courteous, respectful, and professional in all of her interactions and correspondence regarding the resolution of this issue.
Without the help of the Revdex.com I would still be telling my story to potential Hour customers - now I have a very different story to tell
