Thanks for all your help with thisAt this point I think we are just going in circlesMeaning, I will only be satisfied if hours honors the lifetime payment of $29/yearThe last "reply" I received from them today indicated that they will not reinstate my membership status and that I will have to pay $80+ dollars this year, subject to change, etcSo we can close this out, but just note that I am not satisfied with the responseI've actually seen several complaints on random FB group pages (fitness group, city of riverside/*** group) about being disgruntled about not honoring their contractsThere may be a pending class action lawsuitI may just have to tackle this on my own with a lawyer but I'm not going to back down or leave it on the back burnerAt least I used a service that allowed me to communicate my concern to hours and give them a chance o address itOh wellThanks again, ***

The local manager did not respond, but Corporate hr fitness did Although weights were still in pool area after corporate spokesperson first responded, the problem of weights in the sauna has not happened in a week or more
