I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.  In addition to the comment. I would also like to add that the [redacted] now super sport 24 hour fitness has contacted me and we did speak.  The conversation was about my complaint about not being grandfathered in.  The branch manager at the [redacted] branch claim that from his record that the gym that is nearby my home which I frequently visit an they now have change the gym to a super sport which I am currently not grandfathered in.  They are saying that I have not been to that gym in 2 years.  Which I told him that he is lying and he says that is what his record says.  This is what his record shows, I am a fit person, and I frequently go to the gym 6 days a week and I like to shower every day before work, so not showering after a gym session before work for 2 years... Ok, I feel that I might have to get a lawyer involved at this point since they are in control of who checks in an out of there system which leaves me speechless and out of my hand as a customer...

Pursuant to your membership agreement with 24 Hour Fitness, your membership is eligible for an annual renewal increase after the first 12- month renewal term immediately following the initial prepaid term. Please note that this increase was not a decision which we took lightly. However, it was an important and necessary step to ensure we provide all of our members with a clean, friendly, well-maintained club experience. Our records indicate that, per your conversation with the local Club Manager on 3/11/16, they have addressed your feedback related to the local club and are working to address any outstanding items at club level. 
In closing, we appreciate your feedback but we are unable to comply with your request to reduce your annual renewal. However, we do believe that even with the increase, you are still getting a great value at a highly competitive rate.

I suffer from the disability of anxiety and PTSD, I use the gym in the evenings as a form of physical therapy to ease the side effects of chemotherapy that have resulted in nueropathy of both my hands and feet. I have spoken to the facility manager and to the corporate offices about the incident that happened with employee [redacted] verbal assualt has left me very nervous and anxious because I don't know what his next uncontrolled behavior towards me might be. I fear for my life. I need the gym to stay health due to my health concerns, and this gym is the closest to me, with the hours that help with my aniexty. Please help, thank you. [redacted]

The clarification to that statement "I want to know exactly what their policy is," is as follows:[redacted] in [redacted] said the club has a billing system where they would bill me monthly, however, [redacted] said that was not true. Also, when I asked if I could bring cash in monthly, I was first told that I...

could and then when my husband went into the club, [redacted] said there was no way they would take cash, credit card only.  
So, which is it?  I REFUSE to give my credit card number in order for my son t to join the club.  Not only did they use my card fraudulent and without my permission, I had to completely cancel my credit card.  That was completely irresponsible and illegal.  I can see from all the reviews on Revdex.com the club seems to be known for being is when it comes to billing and credit cards.  It is unfortunate that no one is willing to take personal accountability.  I want to be reimbursed for my two months they illegally used my credit card and I want my complaint posted.  I would also like an apology from the CEO, who did not have the decency to respond to me or my attorney directly.
