is eligible for an annual dues increase after the initial prepaid
term. Please note that this increase was not a decision which we took
lightly. However, it was an important and necessary step to ensure we provide
all of our members with a clean, friendly, well-maintained club experience.

your loyalty and believe even with the increase, you are still getting the best
value and access to approximately 350 clubs nationwide based on your access
level.

Based on the contract document language and the representations made by the person who signed us up, we disagree that the business should be allowed to raise the rates as much as they did and should be limited to 3% per year.I note that their latest response is identical to their earlier response, so it is obvious that they do not wish to resolve this complaint.

They did not call me. My number is [redacted] Their first messaged indicated they sent me an email attachment explaining why. They didn't do that either. This is the third lie they have told me.
