24 Hour Fitness has advised they tried to contact me to resolve the issue which is misleading.  They are harassing me via phone to try and receive additional payment and that alone.  I would rather work through the Revdex.com as an intermediary to resolve this issue.  The only acceptable solution from my perspective is for them to absolve me of any additional fees they are trying to collect as a result of me cancelling their service.  24 Hour Fitness should note I always paid on time and in full during the time I had their service and should stop harassing myself and the consumer public.]

I had to cancel my DEBIT card because they were going to draw from my acct and overdraft me. This is months and months after I have sent them emails and contacted their manager. I literally have zero control over my account.I went to the gym last night and apparently they STILL have my account over due and did not draw the funds from the new CC.This is embarrassing and I am tired of being humiliated despite PAYING MY DUES. I work 12 hours a day and I am sorry that I cannot return calls. Emails are the best way to contact me. I can be contacted at [redacted]At this point, a free complimentary month/waive of $35 will make me satisfied. Otherwise, I intend to cancel at the end of the year and never use 24 again.Regards,[redacted]
