I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The business has not kept its word to me nor upheld the promises that it made to me when it induced me to join, in particularly that I would pay the high, upfront fee that I paid in order obtain a low (approximately $40), annual fixed renewal fee. In particularly, this year it increased its renewal fee to $99 (more than double the amount stated when I joined) and appears to have canceled my membership when I complained about the increased rate.
