[redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.After filing my complaint with Revdex.com 24 hour Fitness did call me & emailed a copy of my contract to me.   (When I had asked that they email me a copy of my contract previously I was told that they couldn't do that and they would mail it to me.  They said it would take several weeks to get my contract to me.)  The person that I spoke with told me that in the contract it states that they can increase the dues after a 12 month period.   I paid the increased rate so that I could continue to workout at the facilities. 
There is a clause in the contract which states that after 12 months they can increase the yearly dues.  However this is not how it was verbally presented to me when the contract was sold to me nor did they give me a copy of the contract at signing.  From talking with other members I am not the only person this happened to.  24 Hour Fitness is apparently standing behind their employees and their unethical sales practices.  I reiterate that this contract was sold as a contract in which I paid for 3 years up front & after the 3 years my membership dues would never increase and that it was a lifetime membership.Regards,[redacted]

Calling each time toll free takes me to another representative where I waste time explaining again the issue. The representatives have no idea and promise to have a supervisor call back. I provide my cell phone, but they keep calling in my home during work hours knowing I am not home. This keeps repeating about 3 times with 3 different peoples. It is disappointing and show how unprofessional 24hrs staff are. Regards,[redacted]

Once she gets this she can verify that my original [redacted] membership was an all state all club "Gold" account with all privileges the club had available and try to carry over my benefits to the 24 hour fitness membership. What's not resolved is the broken equipment was never fixed!!!
Yes they issued $60 for 6 month ($10 per months) but the gym is in the same exact condition. I need to pay my renewal fee that covers 12 months in 4 weeks... I'm not sure what I will be paying for I guess for the broken equipment.
I just want them to fix the equipment I stated it numerous times but it's not happening...
Not sure if I need to ask for 1 free year or what until they improve something??  I would drop them and switch to another gym but it's a convenient location for me since I live righ next to it...
I have no idea how 'to make' them impove things.. If Revdex.com has any suggestion but my imperession was Revdex.com does something to resolve issue like that since us consumers we have no power.
I hope somebody can do something about it.
