Vague, perfunctory promises from yet another short-term "manager" are utterly devoid of meaning. What I am asking for (along with all members) is basic sanitation, not unreasonable, costly amenities. A health club that cannot assure basic sanitation should simply be shut down and re-opened with a true management team. My last visit to the downtown [redacted] location, 3 out of the 6 men's showers were out of order...yet again. The problem is chronic. This club should be forced to take down the Revdex.com sign at a very minimum.]Regards,[redacted]

Once she gets this she can verify that my original [redacted] membership was an all state all club "Gold" account with all privileges the club had available and try to carry over my benefits to the 24 hour fitness membership. [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.After filing my complaint with Revdex.com 24 hour Fitness did call me & emailed a copy of my contract to me.   (When I had asked that they email me a copy of my contract previously I was told that they couldn't do that and they would mail it to me.  They said it would take several weeks to get my contract to me.)  The person that I spoke with told me that in the contract it states that they can increase the dues after a 12 month period.   I paid the increased rate so that I could continue to workout at the facilities. 
There is a clause in the contract which states that after 12 months they can increase the yearly dues.  However this is not how it was verbally presented to me when the contract was sold to me nor did they give me a copy of the contract at signing.  From talking with other members I am not the only person this happened to.  24 Hour Fitness is apparently standing behind their employees and their unethical sales practices.  I reiterate that this contract was sold as a contract in which I paid for 3 years up front & after the 3 years my membership dues would never increase and that it was a lifetime membership.Regards,[redacted]
