I have not received a follow up on how the issue was resolved. I received one phone call from the gym manager, with a promise to rectify the situation and to call me back with how he resolved it. He had not followed through on his promise and the corporate offices have failed to act on any sort of disciplinary action toward the trainers involved.

reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.My concern wasn't resolved at all.  I was told by office that the rates hike was the decision by headquarter and I could not make any negotiation at all.  I basically either to pay the additional $100 asking price, or leave the club.  I have no choices so I ended up pay additional $100.   I asked the office if they could guarantee no rate hike for another few years, but the office say they could not guarantee that either.   I refuse to close this compliant and like to keep it opened.   Regards,[redacted]

I was left a message by an employee with a phone # that would not work.  It still has not been explained to my why after I was given the word of [redacted] the manager, that my dues would not go up, and not only did they go up, they tripled?  I was told that a contract has been e-mailed to me, I have checked my spam and I have not received it.  I received a message stating the contract was attached but it was not.  I mailed my payment of $106.08 before the contract expired and I enclosed a letter explaining the amount as I was promised that my DUES would not got up.  I would never have given this business $1700 at once if they were not going to honor their word.
So in closing, no this matter has not been resolved.  I tried to return the phone call of the the employee that called me back and I got a message stating that the number was no good.  I contacted the Customer Service number and told them I had a message from someone from corporate and could they give me the number.  I was told that they could not give me the number, but I could write to them.  I wrote to them and sent them a copy of my check.  I have not heard anything since.In closing, I would say that no this is not resolved.[redacted]
