I need a WRITTEN apology for defrauding me, 2. All my monies returned to me since Jan 28th 2015: WHATS TO TALK ABOUT? - JUST RETURN THE MONEY THAT YOU DEFRAUDED ME OF.3. compensation for continuing to waste my time.

Vague, perfunctory promises from yet another short-term "manager" are utterly devoid of meaning. What I am asking for (along with all members) is basic sanitation, not unreasonable, costly amenities. A health club that cannot assure basic sanitation should simply be shut down and re-opened with a true management team. My last visit to the downtown [redacted] location, 3 out of the 6 men's showers were out of order...yet again. The problem is chronic.
