What's not resolved is the broken equipment was never fixed!!!
Yes they issued $60 for 6 month ($10 per months) but the gym is in the same exact condition. I need to pay my renewal fee that covers 12 months in 4 weeks... I'm not sure what I will be paying for I guess for the broken equipment.
I just want them to fix the equipment I stated it numerous times but it's not happening...
Not sure if I need to ask for 1 free year or what until they improve something??  I would drop them and switch to another gym but it's a convenient location for me since I live righ next to it...
I have no idea how 'to make' them impove things.. If Revdex.com has any suggestion but my imperession was Revdex.com does something to resolve issue like that since us consumers we have no power.
I hope somebody can do something about it.

I will contact 24 h fitness tomorrow again because this is not what I want. I want them to provide me the same price which I paid last year. Thank you . They offer me to bye membership from[redacted] for $700 for 2 years. I don't want any contract anymore I want to get monthly payment $25 which I paid. [redacted]

Pursuant to your membership agreement with 24 Hour Fitness, your membership is eligible for an annual renewal increase after the first 12- month renewal term immediately following the initial prepaid term. Please note that this increase was not a decision which we took lightly. However, it was an important and necessary step to ensure we provide all of our members with a clean, friendly, well-maintained club experience. 
We are unable to comply with your request to reduce your annual renewal. However, we do believe that even with the increase, you are still getting a great value at a highly competitive rate.

YOUR RECORDS SHOULD ALSO LET YOU KNOW THAT ON 11- 4, I WAS MISTREATED, ASKED TO LEAVE THE PREMISES FOR NO REASON, (WELL, YES, I ASKED TO HAVE A TV CHANNEL CHANGED AND RECEIVED A REFUSAL AND A "DO IT YOURSELF" RESPONSE.) HAVE THE POLICE CALLED THE POLICE AND WAS THREATENED, BY AN OP. MANAGER WHO REEKED OF ALCOHOL AND THEN, AFTER MANY COMPLAINTS, DAYS LATER I RECEIVED A CALL FROM YOUR REG. MANAGER SAYING SORRY BUT, WE ARE NOT GOING TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I CLEARLY HAD NO CHOICE. After sending a separate letter via Certified Mail, The club contacted me directly and offered 2 free months, but no guarantee that my dues will go back down by next year. I accepted the 2 months free dues.

Revdex.com:Yes I spoke with District Manager who called me to clarify on issued refund. I did get the refund of $60 applied to my accout but this is not about $60! It's about the gym being in exactly the same stage since I filed the complaint. Nothing had imporved but toilet paper and a soap. Broken equipmnet was never fixed!
On top I found out that when I initially prepaid 3 years back in 2007 and was 'locked' into $99 'renewal for life' as long as I keep renewing mymembership  the price wil not change (this is how me and my friend who was set-up under my account with different renewal rate were sold on the membersghip) was a complete lie since my rate just gone up from $99 to $149. Amazing how this place even run business... Granted it was verbal since contract lists something else and each time you ask either a person at a gym who deals with the memberships or call corporate they all have differen answer... Just FYI
Bottom line is this complain will stay active as I mentioned before until I see broken equipment getting fixed!
24 Hour Fitness people can save their time calling me since all I want is the gym that functions they should be calling each other to discuss how to improve things not contacting me with questions...
