I have received the complaint from Mr*** regarding his membership, purchase with Sun Tan CityAs of July 13th, Mr***’s membership with Sun Tan City was terminated and transferred to Zoom TanMr*** needs to contact Zoom Tan, since we no longer have any Sun Tan City’s in New YorkLoyal customers are the key to any company’s success so it is my hope that Mr*** will continue to utilize our servicesI have appropriately noted Mr***’s concerns and have forwarded them to the proper management team to ensure they are addressedSincerely, *** *** Director of Client Services

Sun Tan City has reviewed the response from Ms*** and has agreed to refund Ms*** the unused month of June that was not required with her membership agreementThis refund amount totals $and will be issued back to the debit or credit card that Ms*** provided Sun Tan City with at the time of the membership purchaseIt is our hope that this resolves Ms***'s concerns and we hope she chooses to consider Sun Tan City as her tanning provider in the future

We have reviewed Ms*** account in regards to her complaintAll of our clients are billed on the first of each month, per the signed agreement on fileMs*** did not freeze her account until after the first in which her payment has already processedOur freeze option, we charge $per
month to keep that membership pricing lockedOur records show on May 30, we mailed her a check for her refund for the amount of which was the difference after we took the freeze payment off. Loyal customers are key to any company’s successWe hope this resolved Ms*** issue and that she still continues to utilize our servicesTell us why here

We have reviewed Ms***’s account in regards to her complaintOur records show that she did not have a monthly membership for there to be payments deductsClient did indeed purchase a yearly membership upfront, which does not require monthly paymentsThis membership is paid in full at the

I have received the complaint from Ms*** regarding his membership, purchase with Sun Tan City.On October 23rd, Ms*** purchased a month agreement that allowed them once a day tanning services at our Henderson location for $per month plus taxPer the membership
agreement that was signed in the salon by Ms***, all Sun Tan City memberships require at least one automatic payment before the client is able to cancel the membership and there are no refunds for unused servicesAs of December 1st, Ms***’s membership with Sun Tan City was terminatedWe have issued Ms*** a refund, back to the card that is on file.Loyal customers are the key to any company’s success so it is my hope that Ms*** will continue to utilize our servicesI have appropriately noted Ms*** concerns and have forwarded them to the proper management team to ensure they are addressedSincerely, *** ***Director of Client Services

We have read and reviewed the issue submitted by Ms*** regarding her membership with Sun Tan City.On April 19th, Ms*** purchased a month membership agreement with Sun Tan CityThis membership allowed Ms*** tanning access to anything at our salons for $plus
tax. Due to Ms***'s situation, Sun Tan City has made the decision to cancel Ms***'s membership with Sun Tan City to avoid any additional payments from processing for the membership. It is our hope this resolves Ms***'s issues and she considers utilizing Sun Tan City as her tanning provider in the future

agreement which stated that *** ***' membership was a minimum of a month agreement and that all membership with Sun Tan City are open-endedThe agreement also states that *** *** would have to cancel the membership after the required payments to avoid any additional paymentsWe are not showing where this was done.As of June 14th, *** *** membership with Sun Tan City was cancelled to avoid any additional payments and a refund request was submitted in the amount of $for the two unused months of service since *** *** utilized services with usIt is our hope that this resolves *** *** issues and she considers utilizing services with us again in the future

While I'm glad to get my money back, I will be canceling my membership at the end of this month regardlessI still have not got a phone call from the manager herself which I find to be unacceptablethe way this was handled was absolutely ridiculous right from the beginningBuyer be ware, do not expect to have a quick resolution when an employee messes up your account

If my claim was not legitimate, then there wouldn't be all these other complaints. I will never use them again as they cannot be trusted as indicated by my complaint and many others with the same/similar complaints. They have records showing that I did not use the salon and I was told that it was cancelled. This is not about customer service or reputation, it is about $$$$ only, which is obvious even to the casual observer. Check out many other complaints from them doing this to others. spray tansSince Ms*** did not like the results, we would be more than happy to switch the sprays over to UV sessions if she would likeDue to the fact that the sprays came as extra for the bundle, we would be unable to refund for the sessionsIt is our hope that this helps solve Ms*** issue*** ** *** ***

We have read and reviewed the complaint made my Mr*** regarding his and his wife's membership purchases with Sun Tan City.While the consolidation of salons was not intended to cause any inconvenience to our clients, we understand that traveling to a different salon may be out of the way for
someTherefore, Sun Tan City has decided to refund Mrand Mrs***'s memberships and a refund request was submitted for both today, May 11th, These refunds will go back to the client in form of a check to the address provided in this complaintIt is our hope this resolves any issues and Mrand Mrs*** consider using our services again in the future
